Can not say enough about how amazing Wooley Family dentistry is! I have grown up in Summerville and have always gone to the same office for my dental needs and when Dr. wooley took over the practice I was extremely impressed with how stream line and efficient he runs his practice. Chantel is the absolute best !!! Every time I go in for a cleaning she greets me with such enthusiasm and care that you just can’t help but smile. Speaking of Smiles my smile has brought me so much confidence over the years and it’s all thanks to Wooley Family dentistry ! 100/10 recommend !

I have seen both Dr.Wooley and Dr. Garrett, both are very patient and professional. None of the reviews cover the fact they have an outstanding lab for dentures. All though they didn’t do the extractions, I was referred to a perfect oral surgeon that worked with me and my insurance. To date I’m 13 weeks in and have had to be seen in person often for normal adjustments. Never a problem getting an appointment or wait. The staff are always amazing and welcoming. So if you hate your smile the way I did, go see theses amazing professionals!

Staff was very kind and understanding about my sensory issues, and were unbothered by my wanting to wear headphones—even recommended I bring them in for a cavity filling (which I'm very grateful for). When I wore headphones, they communicated with me through easy-to-understand hand gestures.

They work quickly and efficiently as well; I barely even had the chance to sit down in the waiting room before they called me back, and I got two cavities filled in 20 minutes.

Also, it's a minor thing, but I really like the vibe in the office. It feels homey without being cramped, like I'm visiting a friend's house rather than going to the dentist.

Incredible! Wooley Family Dentistry is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to! The entire staff was extremely professional and they were also some of the nicest people I have ever met. Dr. Sue was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She found a few cavities and had my teeth fixed to look perfect in no time. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I am impressed with how easy the whole experience was. It is no surprise that they have such a high rating! I would highly recommend Wooley Family Dentistry!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Very short wait time, professional staff and Dr. Wooley is an artist. I was in and out with a new filling in 30 minutes. From numbing, to drilling out the old filling, and installing new filling that was better than the old one ever was. Amazed and looking forward to my next cleaning.

Dr Wooley is truly the best destist I’ve had since I lived in Germany. He is very professional and super friendly. His staff is welcoming and there is never a long wait. I used to see Dr Gregory before she retired. We have been with this practice for almost 10 years and I wouldn’t see anyone else. I highly recommend Dr Wooley.

This has to be the best dentist office I have used. We moved down here in May 2021 and my wife had a crown break. Wooley was the only dentist who would agree to see her as a new customer the same day. Since then, we have both had our bi-annual cleanings, I have two fillings, and she had her crown replaced without issue.

The front office staff is friendly and welcoming. All of the Dental Hygienist are the utmost professionals and put you at ease whether there for a cleaning or filling. Highly recommend!

I've been putting off going to the dentist for 6-8 years; but after a slight chip I decided to face my fear and go get my teeth cleaned. All of the staff were so polite and friendly, the atmosphere was amazingly calm, and the dentist himself was very chill and laid back. For the first time in years, I feel confident about my smile and its care - thank you all for making it so lovely!

It was such a blessing for this old 84-year-old woman to get to return to my Dentist, Dr. Ted Wooley, today, after having to stay at home during Covid-19! Dr. Ted and his staff, at Wooley Family Dentistry are truly remarkable! I always receive exceptional, professional care and service from every one of them! Today was no exception! I had to have my teeth cleaned and a tooth filled. Dr. Ted and his staff took care of me, with no pain, whatsoever. (I still have my natural teeth.) I have had a number of Dentists, over the years, and I can affirm, without any reservations, that Dr. Ted Wooley and Wooley Family Dentistry are, absolutely, the best!!! And, I am so grateful for their service.

Fantastic visit, went in for multiple fillings and was done in roughly 35 minutes. Wooley is an artisan in numbing, drilling and filling, didn't feel a thing and despite anxiety about dentistry offices I can safely say I'd come back happily every time!

Both the Assistant and Dr. Wooley were great! Very personable and patient with my 16 month old. They took their time to show her all of the tools and how they worked before touching her and made the experience fun and positive over-all. We will certainly being use this practice moving forward.

My hygienist is Sheila. She is very careful and thorough with the way that she cleans my teeth. She is a very cheerful and professional as well. She does not cause me any pain or discomfort in any way. She makes going to the dentist a good experience. I've not had to have any dental work done there but the dentist that came in yesterday to check Sheila's work was very nice and professional. I actually chose this business because my insurance was good there and my Mom's maiden name is Woolley (with 2 l's). I have been there two times for cleanings and both were positive experiences.

I've been going for about two years now and I highly recommend Dr. Wooley and his staff!! I have been going for cleanings with Miss Sheila and she is WONDERFUL!! Dr. Wooley has taken care of a couple crowns and did an excellent job!!

First time client, it went very well! Everyone, even those in waiting room were very nice and friendly. The hygienist was gentle and Dr. explained exactly what was to happen next if I wanted to proceed.

I went into the chair nervous as a cat. As usual, it was not the drilling I feared, it was the needle. Other dentists seemed to have a sadistic enjoyment of giving injections into the hinge of my jaw, the roof of my mouth, or under my tongue, leaving me with an ingrained terror of 'the chair'. After the Novocain wore off from those ordeals, the residual pain at the injection points would last for days. With my undying gratitude, Dr. Wooley made three fast and painless injections that I hardly felt into the soft tissue above the tooth. Sooner than expected I was drilled, filled, and on my way with NO residual pain. Overall, an unexpectedly nice experience.

Our whole family loves Dr Wooley and Staff. They have been taking care of our teeth for years now. Never a long wait, always thorough, friendly and professional!
