Our while family loves Dr Burger and his assistant, Jen. Both are gentle and patient. We saw Dr. M once for an acute visit and he was also friendly and warm.

5/10/23***I called for an emergency, because my ear was clogged. I spoke with Cameron around 3 pm, and she spoke with Jen and Kacie to see if they could help. They told me to come on in! Thank you all for seeing me today! You all are amazing!!!

I just want to say how much I love Holly and Dr Maino. I've been dealing with some severe kidney issues, and he listens to me, and has directed me where I need to go. Both have also called me several times to give me my labs, and today, Dr Maino called to see how my specialist visit went. To me, that shows so much compassion and that he truly cares for his patients. I would give this practice 10 stars if I could. Thank you for all you guys do!

Dr Burger is the best!!! A Dr that listens is major, this is your guy.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Burger since around 2005. My family was transitioning from military to civilian life and we need a new local PCP. A friend of mine recommended him and Im so glad she did. He was awesome with my two young children and has continued to foster a great relationship with them as they've grown now 17 and 23. My husband who has a natural dislike of all things medical has come to respect Dr. Burger's opinion and seeks his counsel in all things medical. Dr. Burger is open to and knowledgeable of holistic approach to medical care when patients are leary to just pop a pill to cure what ails.

Dr. Burger takes the time to listen to his patients, asks lots of questions and if necessary research a subject before discussing and agreeing upon a plan of action for medical care with his patients. But Dr. Burger is also up front and direct if he thinks traditional medicine is the best approach. He works with his patients, not dictates to them like some tend to do. Dr. Burger wants only the best for his patients but also upholds the oath of do no harm. That to me is what makes him one of the best of the best Dr.s around! And last but not least, Nurse Jennifer. Dr. Burger's nurse and right hand. Jennifer is a gem of a person, knowledgeable and second to none. She continues Dr. Burger's respect for their patients from first contact and follows through until care no longer needed. Always with a smile she's never too busy to answer questions, lend a helping hand or just a warm word of support. My family and I are patients for life or until Dr. Burger decides to retire. Which I hope is a long time coming because it'll be hard to find someone like him and Jennifer. God broke the mold when he made these two.

~I have been a patient of Dr Leventhal for 33-34 years now. 🧖🏽‍♂ I think he is absolutely the best! He delivered both of my children who are 31 and 27, and they continue to see him.
~He has always taken the best care of my family, and there have been some some life saving times.
He has treated us for things from the common cold to pneumonia, sleep apnea, deviated septum’s, high blood pressure & high cholesterol, depression, and child birth. He has gotten us through needed stitches, broken arms, legs, wrist & noses, severe back injuries that required surgery, all different kinds of feet problems that some required surgery to fix some of the problems, bruised ribs, sports concussions, and found where my son was bleeding on the brain and had to have emergency surgery the next day.
I trust him totally!!!
~I have needed to come into the office a few times ASAP and they have always got me in. A few times when Dr Leventhal was not there, they were able to get me in with Dr Burger. 🧖🏽‍♂ I also think he is great. He listened to me and cared for me as if he had been my Doctor for many years.
~The staff is the best staff ever. 🧖🏼🧖🏻Somehow they handle situations on the phone and in person that sometimes happen all at once. Yet you always get personalized service. In all these years they have never let me down.
~The majority of the staff have been there forever. Many since I started going to Dr Leventhal. I’ve seen some of Dr L’s Staff and his nurse of many many years, Rudy, retire. Although I was happy for them, I was certainly heart broken to see them go.
~Even though I’m partial to Dr Leventhal~Lol!!🤣
~When you think of all Dr L has dealt with, for just our family, 🤪 you would agree that he and Mrs L deserves a well earned vacation!
Whomever you choose, Dr Leventhal or
Dr Burger, I promise you they will give you and your family the utmost care. ☺

Dr Burger and his staff is amazing. The best doctor my husband and I have ever had. Extremely kind and very intelligent. Nurses are great. Best place to go!

Dr Burger is the best Dr we have had and we don't plan to go anywhere else either in the future. He is our family doctor.

Had issues in past but we got that resolved if anything they need to work on calling their patents to resolve issues not just writing letters. but overall like them. Would recommend

Have been going here for a number of years, Burger has been amazing. Causes me to expect my other doctors to give me the same level of service or to find someone new. Changing from 5 to 3 stars. If you ever have to us PA Micheal instead of your normal doctor do not bother. Did not even try to act like he knew what he was doing. He brushed off all the things I was telling him that was wrong and questions I asked. Told me to take over the counter pain relief all that and still get charged $100 for him to do nothing.

Dr. Leventhal was fantastic. We saw him for 18 years. I have only had good experiences with him. He was always on top of everything. I am a complicated patient and he made sure i was taken care of. However when he retired and Dr Maino took over it went downhill. Ive seen him twice and both times Dr Maino has not been up to date on my history even though its in my chart. His manner in how he addressed me regarding my diabetes was borderline rude and unprofessional. The nurse Holly is adequate. The office staff has always been rude and disrespectful but was tolerated because of Dr Leventhal. I was willing to give Dr Maino a try but because my recent experience has been terrible I have moved to MUSC.

My last phone call was ended with "mhm". Not very professional.

The only reason I’m rating this office two stars is because the doctors are phenomenal, but I’m leaving the practice because the front office women are the most rude employees I’ve ever spoken with. I’ve been going there for over 10 years and have finally been beaten down enough to where I don’t even want to call to make a simple appointment. I work at a local hospital and have NEVER come across a nurse, PCT, secretary, hospital supervisor, or custodian that was as disgustingly insensitive as these women. Please, either train them or get rid of them. 😔

5 days I'm out of BP meds. Still waiting on my refills. What's the hold up? Desperately need them!!!
