Look no further for someone to help with your vacation needs! Kasey with Discover the Magic Vacations was amazing. My family and I went to Orlando to Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. She secured us with tickets for 14 days to SW and Aquatica along with booking our dolphin swim at Discovery Cove. I literally did nothing. I told her what we wanted to do and she made it happen. We just showed up and had a great time! She also booked our hotel for us. Booking vacations can be so daunting especially when you aren’t familiar with the area. But Kasey took charge and put my worries at ease. She periodically checked in on us while on vacation to give us some tips to best maximize our experience, which we happily took. We will definitely be using her again!! If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and helps save you some money as well, Kasey is your lady!

I wanted to give my grandchildren a trip to Disney World in Florida for the holidays. Little did I know that I should have booked a year ago! But, Kasey worked her magic & got us booked for the week of New Years, in a Disney resort, with dinner reservations ,(including a dinner with a "Character" !),

**Just wanted to post an after vacation review of our Disney trip. We had a fabulous time thanks to Kasey's awesome planning. Our kids got to meet most of their favorite characters, the adults got to play at some of their favorite places as well.
Everything ran smoothly, we had time between planned rides & time for our own "off the schedule" exploring!
I can not Express enough how totally satisfied & over the moon happy we are with the service Kasey provided. Look no further for a travel agent than Kasey. I can promise you, I would & will use her services again!

Discover the magic has booked all of our family vacations. Took all the stress away from planning and made it easy to enjoy. When one of our Disney vacations had a hurricane, Kasey was able to handle everything. I would have been on the phone for HOURS trying to fix it. They book our cruises as well and are very knowledgeable of the islands.

I just want to take a moment to share my experience.
Kasey (Discover the Magic) recently booked a trip for me and some friends to the Valentin Imperial Maya resort in Mexico. Initially my friends were using another travel agent, but after three weeks of trying, the agent said he just couldn't manage to coordinate so many of us wanting to fly in from all over the US in the manner we wanted (all arrive about the same time). I told my group that I had a friend (Kasey) who is a travel agent. I'd never used her (or any agent before) but she's always had a good reputation and I knew we would never be able to pull this off without an experienced agent...we'd already failed on our own which led us to the other agent. Anyway, praise to Kasey because she was able to do on less than an hour and a half, what the other agent couldn't do in three weeks! And, I should point out that part of that time she was waiting to hear back from one of our party.

The trip was AMAZING and the arrangements, even transportation from the airport was flawless. She checked on us, followed up with us and made sure our trip was smooth. It was a relief not to have to worry about anything and she got us a better deal than we could find online (and believe me, we tried!) The experience was so good that we've asked her to book another trip back there for a group of 10+....and we've asked her to join us!

I personally use Kasey Patillo to help me plan my vacations. Each time she is quick to answer all of our questions with patience and friendliness. She also makes sure we get the best for our budget. Not only is she very knowledgeable about planning Vacations, but she goes beyond the norm to make sure that this is going to be a worry free and fun experience for you. As so many times in the past, all I had to say to her was where I wanted to go and she planned everything down to the tiniest detail I would never have paid any attention to.
