We got off to a rough start with Jenkins after several call backs and scheduling but after dealing with Wesley he fixed the problem. Great, informative, and understanding. He is a great tech!

Upon discovering a dripping leak in the plumbing below our sink, a call to this company had a plumber, Randy, at our house to fix the problem in just a couple of hours. Both Randy and the person I had contacted on the phone were fast, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. And not only did Randy fix the problem, but for no extra charge he rearranged the existing pipes under the sink to make that space more open and orderly.

Wesley was prompt, professional, polite, friendly and efficient. He was great to work with and asked if I needed anything else prior to leaving. No mess left and he made sure everything worked perfectly and gave recommendations for care. Highly recommend him in particular!

Jenkins Plumbing has the potential to be a great company, but they do not appreciate their customers. Mrs K, is very unprofessional, abrupt, and condescending especially when I asked questions about a replacement part that she did not have the answers to. I have been doing business with them for over three years, but this incident has put the nail in the coffin. I’m moving on to a different company that will value their customers and be more accommodating.

My toilet was not installed properly in the new construction home, which caused the flange to crack/ break on both sides, and leakage occurred. Make sure whoever installs your toilet is a licensed plumber who takes the time to do it correctly not someone working UNDER the licensed plumber who takes shortcuts to get done faster and may not know what they are doing.

Our tankless water heater was not installed properly on our brand new home. The Plumber left the condensate drain cap on the unit - it was left on there for over a year. Obviously, a condensate drain pipe was never installed on the unit. I can excuse not installing a drain pipe, but leaving a cap on the drain? That is inexcusable. The water had nowhere to go. It's been building up in the unit and spitting out the exhaust port. Will this impact the lifespan of the water heater? I don't know. This is a big let down. I will be using a new Plumber and I will not recommend Jenkins to anybody.

Was looking for employment with this company and the HR lady was very rude when I asked to speak with the hiring manager that had given me the job offer. She kept talking over me and throwing a horrible attitude my way. Just another case of incompetent females behind a desk thinking they can do a man's job.

A driver from this company pulled out infront of a 18 wheeler and almost caused a accident. The lack of competence driving, should show the ignorance of employment.

Do not recommend this plumbing service , very unprofessional.
