If i could leave negative stars I would. Mr. Bledsoe is useless, argumentative, and had absolutely no desire to do anything about my neighbors constructing illegal buildings that they live in, half of which are on our property, these buildings have been constructed since he came by to view their property from ours, which he claims he saw nothing. The best he can do is send them a letter to come on their property, and they can deny him. How does that make sense? These people have campers and haggard built cabins, but because i can't get a photo of the inside, he can't do anything to prove they live in them? Yet they sure were quick to make them move a camper off their property back in August. The guy who was LIVING IN IT asked to use a few of our tools to relocate it.

How can a codes department use interpretations??

Kevin Adair and George King are discriminating against minority contractors and subcontractors while making up false violations to get paid for reinspections. When you ask Kevin and George to cite which codes you’re in violation of, they ignore you. Yet, they’ll admit that the codes are up to “interpretation.” That’s an direct quote from George King on August 8, 2023. It’s the government, so there’s nothing I can do about it.

If I could pick up my home and move it, I would, just so I wouldn’t have to deal with these ignorant liars ever again.

Could not care less for the safety of citizens’ property in the unincorporated area if the builder causing damage and is a huge developer or Williamson County themselves. Hostile toward property owners that have been here for generations. So hostile, it seems they seek to get rid of them.
