Dr. Keller is wonderful. Very thorough. Very professional. Office is not that great, air conditioning work good. I don't know why so many negative reviews. I was very happy with Dr. Keller and would definitely recommend him.

The best Dr in town . Dr Keller will keep you healthy if possible . Staff is great and besides you don"t need a new office to help sick people . Dr. Keller is very kind and caring of people. God bless him.

Best doctor and staff in the low country. I've been a patient for 15 years and would not dream of going anywhere else. Dr. Keller is patient, kind and thorough.

Great Doc. Good communicator. The office is a bit run-down, though.

You can forget getting anyone to ever answer the phone unless you want to wait 20-30 minutes on hold. They often get the Dr you requested mixed up so when you come for your appt, you are seeing the wrong Dr. However, I DO very much like Dr. Wittingham (sp??) PA...she is GREAT! I do NOT like the other PA in that office. I started my son at that office because we heard so many wonderful things about Dr. Keller but in 2+ years, we've never been able to so much as meet him...he is always "booked up".

Never actually seen Dr. Keller. I have had two appts cancelled. One time I actually called and explained that traffic was especialy bad and wou)d be 5 minutes late based on Google and the made me reschedule. Be warned that every strip mall in Summerville has a PPC office in it so they are hard to find. Who's idea is it to turn patients away that are injured and asking for help? Maybe for a 'checkup but I, for 1, will seek healthcare elsewhere,.

Dr Keller use to be amazing, but he has changed, I feel now he’s all about making the next buck. My son needed a referral and he had already seen Dr.Keller a week prior before me asking for the referral for the same issue that his appointment was for. I was told even though he was just seen he had to make another appointment. I wasn’t happy about it, but I went ahead and made it anyways, but when he went to it, it slipped his mind to ask for the referral. After his appointment he realized he should of asked for it, so he when back to the office and was told he had to make another appointment to get the referral when he was just there! My son has seen Dr. Keller twice in one month for the same issue that I wanted the referral for and because he forgot to ask for it at his follow up appointment he had to schedule another appointment. He didn’t understand why he had to make another appointment but he made one anyways. But when he told me he had to made an appointment, I told him to cancel it because even though we’ve insurance we still have to pay a copay every time and I don’t want him to continue to go to someone who only cares about how much money he can pocket! Its’s sad because Dr. Keller is a nice man, but he’s just thinking about himself and not what’s best for his patients!

My husband and his family have been going to Dr.keller for years not to many issues. Last week I took my husband in because he had a sinus infection. The pa was amazing, gave him antibiotics and a shot. 4 days later not feeling any better, I called the office when they opened Monday morning, they said a nurse would call me back, waited all day nothing. Woke up Tuesday morning called again got the same answer someone will call you, 4:30 in the afternoon I called back and explained how unhappy we were about how he was being treated as a patient. Basically if he was so sick I should take him to the emergency room, really??? We can't afford a hospital bill, not only that but how unprofessional and horrible can you be. My husband will not be going back there ever again. I don't know if it's the front desk staff or everyone there but to treat someone that way, you should be ashamed and embarrassed. 😡😡 thanks for your help.

Dr. Keller use to be amazing, but he has changed, I feel now he’s all about making the next buck. My sons first appointment with Dr. Keller was on February 7th, 2019. He complained of headaches, distorted vision, and tingling in his head and Dr. Keller diagnosed him with anxiety. He prescribed him medication. He went to a follow-up appointment on March 7th and Dr. Keller prescribed him a different medication because the other meds made symptoms worse. A few days after his appointment, my son asked if he could go to a neurologist because he thinks it could be more than anxiety, so I called the office to ask for a referral and I was told he had to make an appointment even though he was just seen. I wasn’t happy about it but went ahead and made one. Ryan went to his appointment on April 10th. He forgot to ask for the referral, but came back to the office later that day to get it, but was told he had to make another appointment. He didn’t understand why he had to make another appointment but he made one anyways. But when he told me he had to make an appointment to get the referral, I told him to cancel it because even though we’ve insurance we still have to pay a copay and I don’t want him to continue to go to someone who only cares about how much money he can pocket! Its’s sad because Dr. Keller is a nice man, but he’s just thinking about himself and not what is in the best interest of his patients. Luckily I have insurance but I still have to pay a copay. What if I didn’t have insurance? I wouldn’t of been able to fork out $150 every time! The point of this is that there is no reason he couldn’t of gotten a referral. It has been the same ongoing issue since he started seeing him! He has seen him 3 times, Feb 7th, March 7th and April 10th, all for the same issue!

Not a single person listened to what I said about my insurance and because of this the office over billed by $264.00. This office is dated and poorly maintained. Specifically the head nurse or office manger named Dee completely lied to my face and reassured that issurance would cover the visit. Plain and simple I would 2nd guess any medical opinion given by this doctors office and staff.

Went online and completed new patient form for Dr. Keller and it was received and stated you will be contacted in 48 hours. That was six months ago, never received a call or email. I called a few weeks ago and when the clerk answered asked if I could hold. Waited 28 minutes and hung up. How do you stay in business with this customer service.

This Dr. Is unprofessional, and does not know how to practice medicine. Gave me false test results, caused panic, then after re running the test said just kidding. Also gave me the wrong g blood test results.
