Ben, the manager, is friendly, professional, very helpful. He explained in detail how everything operated. We did a walk through of entrance gate, lock system, security cameras, etc. It is refreshing to find someone these days who truly cares about his customers!

The staff is very professional and the facility is clean and monitored constantly. The tour of the property showed the ample security fencing, cameras and motion sensors. A great place to store a boat or RV.

From the beginning, the customer service was amazing. I spoke with Ben over the phone and he was extremely helpful in giving me my options for temporary storage. Once I came by, Ben showed me around and walked me through the paperwork. I would highly recommend using All Safe Storage, you won't be disappointed.

I needed a storage unit and they had some available, typical of what you would expect from a business that rents units. What isn't typical about this particular location is the customer service. David made the process extremely easy and treated me as if I were family. Now I only met this gentlemen the one time I walked in to rent my unit but we had good conversation and when I returned to close my account, he remembered everything we had talked about. If you want a good customer experience with good prices I highly recommend All Safe Storage on Central Ave., David is top notch and you won't be disappointed.

I've been storing my stuff here for several years now and am very satisfied with the accommodations. The staff is very helpful whether it's upgrading a unit, downgrading a unit or addressing storage issues. Easy access to my belongings and love being able to make payments online. Will definitely continue using them for all my storage needs.

Ben Borrerro is a phenomenal staff manager when I came into All safe storage I was having hard day his pleasant smile 😃 and very sweet person, he help me get unit. The unit was very clean and spacious, Ben was professional and awesome he gave me all information I needed to have, I would definitely recommend him to help anyone this company is top quality customer service.

Ms. Irene was so helpful, kind and courteous! I definitely recommend this facility! She offered me different size units and showed me one she thought would best fit my needs as well as offering a rolling cart to help me get my belongings into the unit (I have a temperature controlled unit) around the corner in one of the buildings.

And, you can't beat thedeal you get for the first three months of being there! I even was able to earn my sister $50 for the referral bonus because she was the one who got me to use the facility 😁😁

When I moved into the Summerville area we needed a place to store our RV. Tammy at the Central Ave facility hooked us up with a spot for our 33 foot beast for half price for the first 3 months.After talking with her on the phone from the road the spot was waiting for us the day after we arrived. Awesome service and she's a nice person to boot!

I moved to this area 4 months ago. I was recommended to use this storage. And now I recommend them to everyone. Tammy is very informative with outstanding customer service. She make everyone feel welcomed. If needed I will definitely use again.

Although the process of connecting with a local storage location is weird - once we engaged with "Mr. Ben", it was like the old days - engaging and establishing a rapport. Mr. Ben helped us find a place for our RV - since the Wescott HOA (and some neighbors) decided they did not like our brand new travel trailer in the driveway. Price was competitive and the location ideal. Bottom-line, we decided to give our business to the one that earned it with time, professionalism, and a "smile" - COVID style. Thank you Mr. Ben!!! During these times that everything is so much harder because of COVID 19, I was so surprised at how easy it was to rent my storage unit. Tammy toured the units with me, and walked me through the contactless registration process. I was able to go home and sit on my couch while I reserved my unit. Nothing had gone right for me that day, until I got to All Safe Storage, and then I learned that everything doesn’t have to be hard. Thank you!
