My experience was phenomenal. The salesman that took care of me, his name is Arthur. And he made me feel almost as if I was family member, a cousin if you will. He made sure I was taken care of especially due to my circumstances.

I found them thru car gurus. They were super helpful and nice. The pictures on website didn't do car any justice because once it was delivered to me it looked SOOO much better. The car was exactly as described and CLEAN. Looks like it is brand new. They made the purchase so easy and delivered to me. We had a really good buying experience with CarFare by Hoover. In particular, we really enjoyed the style of sales from Dennis. He is knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure, and honest with the information on the vehicles. We went there for a very specific truck they had on the lot. We traveled 2.5 hours to get there, but were willing to walk away if things just did not feel right. I was sold from the first couple of minutes in talking with Dennis. We were able to get a very fair value for our trade in, he worked with us on that, and we made the purchase of the new used Truck. Very happy with the buying experience overall. We had been to other dealerships new and used in the area, and of the three we spent time with, CarFare was certainly more our type of business. Would absolutely do business with them again when we are in the market again and the right vehicle was on their lot. Thanks also to Josh, enjoy the Yukon! We also had positive vibes from the finance department person, Keith and we also interacted virtually with Clay. All 4 were great to communicate with. Thanks again, we love the Tundra.

Charles was so helpful and kind. I went to 3 big dealerships before finding this one and I wish I had started here. Amazing experience with them. The car was already clean when I tested it out, but they cleaned it again and shined it up for me to drive it off the lot.

My experience here was absolutely phenomenal. Denis knew his stuff about not just the Kia Soul he sold me, but on a plethora of others as well. He made me and my mother comfortable, the banter was hilarious and most of all, I felt comfortable buying… like they had my best interests. These guys are amazing Charles really took care of us. We had issue with our bank and had to make several trips to straighten out the financing and they was patient with us while also helping out with our bank mishaps. They are the real deal highly recommend.

Very good experience with Carfare. We arrived and Rob came and introduced himself and asked what brought us out. We were looking for a small SUV for our daughter. He allowed us to walk around to see what they had without being pressured. He asked all the right questions and let us decide which car to drive. We had NO intention of purchasing a car that night but Rob allowing us to look around and ask questions without the pressure had us interested. Once back on the lot we went in and met Josh the sales manager. He was awesome and between explaining our options to getting to know about our needs. We ended up leaving a deposit and came back today to finish up the paperwork. Will definitely recommend this specific location for anyone looking for a used vehicle. Cannot recommend Rob and Josh enough!!

Mike, Clay, and KJ simplified my car buying experience while making it fun. I stopped by early evening on a Monday and we looked at a few Wranglers on the lot, along with their online inventory. My perfect Jeep was at the Monks Corner location and they were 100% willing to pick it up after hours. I declined the offer but we talked numbers, made a deal, and Mike drove it from Monks Corner the next morning. I picked it up, signed a few papers while it was getting a second detail, and I am happily driving my new Wrangler.

I purchased a 2010 Ford F150 from Carfare by Hoover in December 2022. I did everything online. The truck I purchased was in better shape and priced lower than anything comparable I saw. Clay and Denis were very easy to work with. Just before they were to deliver the truck to me in Georgia, they noticed a shaking around 45 mph. It turned out to be a small crease in the driveshaft. They had it replaced at their expense, and I am now enjoying my new (to me) F150. Well done, guys!

The team at carfare of summerville were so amazing and helpful. This was my first time buying a car so I was really new to the process. I saw this 2012 Toyota Corolla S online and knew I had to go see it. I texted them asking about availability and went and saw the car that same day. Mr. Austin and Mr. Clay were so helpful in the whole process. They answered my questions and helped me better understand every step of the way. Mr. Austin was really consistent with communication and was really just a laid back kind of guy. He really made me feel very comfortable while we were discussing this huge decision. They really tried their best to get me the best possible price and financing for this car. I will forever be thankful for Mr. Austin and Mr. Clay for helping me. I would definitely recommend others to keep them in mind when looking for your next car!

I have never left a review for any business before but I gotta say this is the best dealership I’ve ever been too. Josh Lachance was my dealer and from the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was being taken care of the right way. Through the whole process he made sure I understood everything and worked in my best interest. I had to take the car back to the dealership because of some problems and they fixed up for me free of charge. Everyone there has great service and very personable. Most importantly. Anyone going there to buy a car, ask for Josh Lachance he is honest and will work in your best interest. Great salesman and a great man.
