I have known Dr. Proshek for over 25 years. He’s a great veterinarian. I really appreciate the care he provided for my sweet dog. She’s struggling.

Great Vet! Great prices! Everyone at the office is nice and welcoming. My cat has been seeing Dr. Proshek since 2015! He is nice, extremely thorough in the exams and most importantly gentle with my cat.

Five stars are not enough!!! This is an amazing animal clinic. Dr Proshek is the most knowledgeable vet we've ever known, and he is the very best at explaining what is going on with our animals. He is also the kindest and most compassionate vet we've ever known. His physical exams of our dogs and cats have been gentle yet thorough; you can tell he is feeling every bone and tissue as he goes from head to tail, in addition to other exam techniques such as imaging etc. His clinic staff are also kind and compassionate people. We live 20 miles away and there must be a hundred vets who are closer to us, but we will never ever take our fur babies to any other vet. Dr Proshek is truly exceptional and a blessing to anyone who's ever been around him. He truly loves animals and gives them superb care.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Charlie and his staff for their exceptional veterinary services. Without a doubt, they have exceeded my expectations, and they are by far the most outstanding clinic I have ever visited. I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism towards both me and my schnauzer. It is my pleasure to announce that we will be loyal customers for life.

These ladies are excellent. Very well equipped to handle all situations. Very gentle and loving with my stitch.

This is a first class vet clinic. Dr. Proshek is THE BEST vet we have ever had. He is extremely thorough when examining your pet and is never in a hurry! He’s very detailed with notes after exams and surgeries. We are so glad we found him!!!! His office techs and front desk ladies are very professional and helpful!! This is a great place to take your fur babies. 5 stars is not enough. They deserve 💯 plus stars. I am moving all 3 of my dogs to Dr Charlie. He is the best!!!!!

My husband and I are so grateful for this clinic and Dr. Proshek. Our cat Nova was recently diagnosed with renal failure and her condition declined so much faster than we ever expected. We tried our best to make her feel comfortable and loved, but it was clear she was suffering. Dr. Proshek came in on his day off to help our sweet Nova cross the rainbow bridge. He was so patient, understanding, and helped us feel validated in our difficult decision. It was one of the hardest days of our lives but he and his staff were a comforting presence. We will continue to take our pets to Kingsbridge and Dr. Proshek because of their kindness and love for animals. They are truly wonderful people.

I brought my dogs for a long overdue vet visit to establish care. Thankfully I live walking distance so that was convenient in itself. The technicians were polite and very efficient, they handled my dogs with care even though they tried to nip at them. We got to meet the relief doctor and he was absolutely fantastic. He educated me on my dogs’ health status, what I could do to elevate their care and he was so kind to them during shots and rewarding them with treats every part of the exam. Me and my brother were very happy with our visit. Fantastic team and care, very happy to say that my dogs will be going here forever

This morning I had to have my dog put to sleep. I have never met such a compassionate vet. He was absolutely outstanding as well as his staff.!!

If I could give this clinic more than 5 stars I would. This place is the best animal clinic we have ever been to. We had to put down our 17yo dog and the doctor and staff was so kind, caring, and understanding. They made us feel comfortable and walked us through the whole process while being there for us as if we were family <3 Even the staff entertained our 6yo Autistic son while we put our dog to rest. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Proshek was very kind and patient with my senior dog, and explained everything he did throughout the examination. He was very warm and welcoming from the moment he walked in to the room. I never felt like my dog's past vets took their time to check her entire body, and provide us with proper diagnosis without being worried about how much I could afford or not. I rescued this sweet Precious less than a year ago from a death list with having tumors all over her abdomen areas. Took her to two vets, and they did not really care about her, but how much I could afford for her possible "future surgeries." They never examined her body the way Dr. Proshek did. Dr. Proshek is very soft spoken, and he don't act like his patients don't understand the medical terminologies. Some other vets we went to before acted like other civilian are dumb and don't take their time to explain the diagnosis well enough. I came here, and I was treated with kindness and compassion. Dr. Proshek spent close to an hour to check her body and tumors properly without rushing for the next patient. I felt so relieved by coming to this office because I know that my dog will be in good hands. Thank you again for treating your patients with such a care and kindness.

My dog’s vet has recently retired so I decided to give Kingsbridge a try since I always drive past it and this place has good reviews.
The vet here is really kind and sweet. He made sure my anxious dog was feeling safe around him. He was very patient. Exam was thorough. He actually took his time making sure my dog was good! I came in for her rash and it turned out to be allergies and he gave her medicine for it.

The only issue I have here are the front desk ladies. Did not greet me, I had to come introduce myself letting them know I had an appointment. Very cold towards me. Did not say hi to my dog, which is unusual since every veterinarian hospital I’ve been to would’ve had workers greeting my dog right off the bat. Even when I was done and was checking out, the blonde lady in the front did not say anything to me, just told me the amount and the next appointment. She sure seemed friendly to other certain people when they walked in though. 🥴🧐

The reason I’m giving this place a 5 star is for the doctor. Good, respectable man. Please make sure your staff members are trained to give excellent customer service though.

My partner and I have a very hyper GSD mix puppy. We have been bringing him to Dr. Charlie for all of his shots and everyone has been so great with him! Dr. Charlie and staff are all very sweet and personable. I had a less pleasant experience with my cats at a different vet when we lived in Richardson where it felt like they were always trying to sell me all kinds of products and sign me up for stuff instead of just giving my cats the care that they needed. Kingsbridge has not been like that at all which I am very grateful for!

Love this place! I have been bring my pups here for years and will continue to do so. The staff is always friendly and know both of my dogs by name. Dr. Proshek always makes a point to come say hello even when I’m just in for a tech visit.

They also offer pet chiropractic on Thursdays!

The staff at Kingsbridge Animal Clinic is the best group of people I've ever done business with. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Proshek is very patient and gentle with his patients. He's been taking care of my four legged children about 25 years. It takes me about 25 minutes to get there (always traffic). People ask me why I don't find one closer but I trust him completely and refuse to change

Dr Proshek and staff are so AMAZING! They truly care about you and your furry family member. From beginning to end they make you feel like you’re the only patient they have. During the sad times their bedside manner is the best of any Dr I have EVER seen. They feel your loss with you and somehow make a horrible time just a little easier. They are wonderful during the good times as well. There are not enough words to express how wonderful these people are.

Outstanding! This was our first visit and Dr. Charlie and his staff exceeded our expectations! Our cat has always been very aggressive and stressed out at past clinics, but not at Kingsbridge Animal Clinic. They were able to make him feel so comfortable. Dr. Charlie immediately made our cat feel at ease. He was very calm during almost the entire examination and we were shocked! It’s almost as if the doctor is an animal whisperer!

We will certainly be back and are very happy to call Dr. Proshek our vet!
