Wrong hours posted. This place never opens at 7am or 8am and food is almost never stocked… like at all

I went last week for a pack of cigarettes wich are like 7 dollars and some cens and this store charged me 9.40 like what, what, he excuse him self by saying " everything its going up" and I know but almos 10 dollar for a pack really?

Run down/ hole in the wall type of store.
Very sketchy place. Tons of GANG STALKERS and related activities. The owner seems predatory and the staff seems to be drug addicted. Just an honest review, it's a shame this store is one of many.
