La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville Airport/Opryland

This place is nice the staff is wonderful and helpful. It looks they're doing so remodeling or whatnot, but it's still nice and doesn't smell, so that's good. They have a mini dog park, nice breakfast set up and a pokestop for the kids. I had a nice time with my 2 kids.
The only kinda lame thing was the person sleeping in the stairwell when we were leave to catch a shuttle...

I stay here pretty often, sometimes weekly, and everytime it's always a pleasure to be there. The staff is very patient and professional and most are pretty dedicated to their jobs. It's always very clean in the rooms and thts the main thing I look for. If I can run my bath water and just be able to get in and relax then it's thts pretty damn clean. I normally will always no matter WHT have to clean the bottom of a tub, but there is no reason here. Thank you very much

I love me some AYanna , she’s great! Checked me in fast, even called if my room was good! Yes their under construction, location is a great area…. I loved it here , definitely will stay again…

LaQuinta Inn & Suites on Elm Street is a good hotel. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great.

You truly get value for your money there.

A wonderful, underrated hotel. It has a unique charm, and a wonderful, charming, professional host. The rooms are clean, the bed comfortable. Well worth the price. Humble yet cared for.

Our trip wasn't really business it was on personal matters of relocating in the staff just been so great the location's great it's quiet atmosphere and everything great service especially with Nicole Tiffany and Donna and Iona on them

The breakfast was to start at 6 am but was never ready before 6:30-6:45. Frustrating, as I had to leave before 6:30 am.

I want to say big thank you to the front desk person, she was extremely accommodating and understood that it was very frigid outside and told me to go ahead and wait and she would look and see as soon as the room would become ready for me even though it was a bit early. The other staff appreciated my politeness and didn't bicker when I asked if it was okay to grab a cup of coffee since I wasn't quite yet just checked into the hotel yet. They were very accommodating so for all the negative reviews I think people are missing the point the staff is what makes the location.

Go to sleep this hotel in Nashville was a nice. They were doing clean out what we were. There the only problem I had with them. Was there's dog s*** everywhere and when we told the but does they didn't care to cleanup after the animals? I had already gone everywhere so if you missed the bomb shells you were lucky other than that. It's a pretty good hotel.

I think this hotel deserves a more balanced review. Look, it wasn't a high end, fancy hotel, but it was also the cheapest hotel available in the area. The front desk lady who greeted us late at night was very friendly and made us feel welcome (she was from Jamaica and is a great hotel worker). The room was fine: could use updating, but it was clean as expected. The facilities all worked. The breakfast with coffee, waffles, cereals, boiled eggs, toasts, and milks/yogurts was also fine. You'll be just fine and happy staying here if it's the cheapest option in this range.

We have stayed at la quintas many times and have never been disappointed. Our room looked smelled and felt clean. Carpet was clean, no mold or build up in the bathroom or shower. Breakfast pool laundry and gym available and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and they have lots of pamphlets and guides available for tourist. They provided plenty of towels and shower products. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and very much enjoyed it. The long-haired guy who checked us in and the black gentlemen who checked us out were both super nice, helpful and professional. The room was very affordable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. There is a hole in our ceiling (Room 142) that needs repair and a few other signs of aging that need attention, such as this moldy ceiling situation outside of our room in the hallway. Other than that, a really great place!

They are one of the few places with heart. They rented us a room at a reasonable price, following a fire in our home. Many places wanted only credit cards, and wouldn't take cash - well, they had burned up. They allowed our young puppy 🐶 without a fee. Staff went above & beyond to help us. Many area hotels refused to rent to us because we're "locals." I guess locals have partied & trashed rooms. We're both working professionals 😢💙🙏

Great location right off the freeway ans near airport yet quiet, Clean rooms, breakfast good, freezer in room didn't keep items frozen but not a big deal, staff nice, pool was closed which was a bummer but all around it was a very nice stay.

Was actually supposed to be at a different hotel and we had issues, so we came here. I've always had a good experience with LA Quinta Inn's. The beds were so amazing. I slept like a baby. The water pressure for the shower was perfect. Nice and clean rooms that smelled great. Friendly front desk person and great atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

I’m giving 5 stars because it’s realistic. We are still in a pandemic/recession and no one wants to work and really be a slave to another, so I’m grateful when people are at a job. When I arrived, it was the middle of the night and there were two front desk staff on hand. They let me wait in the lobby, with my pet, while they got a room together for me. I fell asleep, and the front desk agent woke me up and handed me the contract and key for my room. Did I forget to mention, she put a blanket over me while I waited and dozed off on their lobby sofa. Southern hospitality. I don’t judge workers anymore when they’re not the happiest, because that’s robotic. They’re human, with emotions, and aren’t programmed to feel happy and excited just because I showed up. True service is, did I treat them with respect and kindness as a human being while needing something from THEM, and did I get what I expected from my money? Hence, a service. And the answer is yes. AC was also ice cold. Thank you La Quinta Opryland for your overnight team (one was in training but she was still very nice too), and accommodating my unique arrival. God Bless You Both!

The stay was wonderful, I would return again.

Check in was good,check out awesome. During our stay, we enjoyed the TV and a nice long hot shower 🛀, not noisy,very quiet. they're pet friendly so our furry babies slept like queen's 👍 my husband and I enjoyed our king size bed 🛌 😀 our room was extremely clean and the towels are lush. We will definitely be returning. And yes this is a total recommend 👌 👏 👍 the morning breakfast is awesome, I made waffles 🧇 😋 and they have my favorite 😍 cinnamon bagels 🥯 and phillidephea cream cheese, they have orange 🍊 juice, apple 🍎 juice, milke, coffee ☕, creamer, a variety of cereal, muffins, eggs 🥚. Like I said, 👍 happy stay and highly recommend. As for the other nasty reviews it's best to make your own assumptions based on your stay. 5 Starz all around, our shuttle service to and from was pleasant and promising, all the guests I noticed was in a good mood.

My family and I have made friends with the hotel staff during our move to Florida. The change this property has dealt with even since we began staying here or even before has been a lot. The breakfast has improved tremendously, Heather and Blair work their rear ends off every single day they have become great friends always kind to us both deserve a raise and promotion, the house keepers do their best to clean the rooms to the best possible and always have the hallways smelling nice except when other guests decides to smoke nasty grass in their rooms. The only thing that could possibly change is lack of staff but that’s been hard to come by I’ve personally witnessed it, either someone calls out or flat out doesn’t show up and you can not blame the ones working their butts off both Heather and Blair have been working 12 hour shifts like crazy it’s a shame and it’s not their fault it’s the lack of people not wanting to work. Some of these other folks leaving nasty reviews are the ones being rude to the staff and I’ve personally witnessed it myself. Got a problem bring it up to the front desk staff they have no issue of giving clean sheets or moving your room!
