i had such a great experience at this store! i came looking for some clothes that i could wear for work but could also double as some fun out on the town clothes, and boy did finnley's deliver!!!! Molly was such a huge help in the fitting rooms. She had me try on things that I would've never picked for myself but I ended up loving them and buying so many things. Also, I joined their rewards program and am so excited to shop more so I earn more points!! thanks yall <3

Love shopping in this location. The clothes are very on trend and stylish. They have something for everyone. Any time I shop, we are always greeted and helped! The employees seem to love their job! There is always lots of energy and the music is great! Ann always helps me and my friends. She is a breath of fresh air in the downtown Franklin area! She is able to put cute outfits together for any age! My God Daughters just love her and the recommendations she makes!

Where to begin?!? First, I will say I tried on 19 pieces of clothes and walked out with 7. If my body wasn't experiencing the COVID effect, I would have bought 4 other pieces. Cute cute cute! Ladies, when you are down, go here and spoil yourself. Affordable, quality, and organized by color.

The girls working were incredible. They remembered my name, I never had to hold clothes for more than 30 seconds before the ladies took them to my fitting room. They helped me dig for specifics styles, and their extra recommendations were great.

I can't say enough about this little shop. I am from Houston, just here visiting. This will be a shop I return to again. Thanks, Marley!! I hope to see you in a yoga class at the LIFE TIME here!

i LOVED my experience here! I stopped in panicked after spilling coffee all over my white dress and Megan was the friendliest and most helpful associate! she helped me find the most adorable outfit to wear to work that morning🥰

Absolutely amazing! Good brands, great selection, trendy and affordable pricing for a boutique in suburban Nashville. I visited the store on a busy Saturday afternoon and the staff (of only 2 ladies!) was spot-on. This is why I try to shop local instead of the mall as much as possible. Finnley's is a must-vist for me when I am in Franklin now!
