I dealt with Dakota on the phone and he was exceptional. Alex and Chris showed up to do the install and they were professional, prompt, and very thorough with their explanations to my Mom. I was very impressed across-the-board with this company and will gladly use them again and refer them out to friends/family.

Dakota from Anchor Plumbing Services expertly handled a broken galvanized pipe service line at my home and determined where it tied into our plumbing system. He was very amicable and responsive. We were able to get water back to the home quickly.

Today Ruben De La Torre and Xavier Puente from Anchor Plumbing Services came to my house to repair a kitchen faucet. I cannot begin to adequately commend their professionalism and knowledge. They identified the problem within a matter of seconds and completed the repairs so efficiently it was like a work of art. Even more, their friendliness was exceptional and highly appreciated. Adding to this, as they were checking my home’s water pressure, they discovered a gas leak at the exterior that I would not have found on my own. I used Anchor for an issue I was having with a hot water tank. They were very thorough in explaining my repair and replacement options. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and explain all of the costs so there were no hidden fees. Thise folks are Best in Class! Prompt, Professional, CourteousI & Honest. I had Anchor plumbing out to troubleshoot & complete a repair on a leaking hose bin that appeared to leaking behind a rock wall. The estimate I received was for partially demolishing the stone to get to the leak. When the technician arrived, he examined the problem and able to make the repair without having to touch the stone. The next day, I received a text that I would be receiving a credit for the work that wasn't necessary. Without asking for it. What a class business. I would highly recommend to friends & family

We luckily came across anchor plumbing service. Our friend had used them for their water filter service, and when the filter in our refrigerator burned out, we knew it was time to invest in a more permanent solution. I contacted Anchor through a Google search, received a call for a consultation, and scheduled an appointment. The representative was professional, understood what I needed, and helped me choose the best product for my home. Even though I didn’t accept some offers, they understood and didn’t pressure us for more than we needed. After leaving and scheduling the installation, the representative called back with an immediate install opening and asked if we were interested. Within hours, we had an initial assessment, purchase, and installation. Fantastic Customer service and we are happy our paths happened to cross.

I inquired about my water heater not working after business hours. Within 20 minutes I had a great phone call with one of their staff...even though it was after hours. They put me on the schedule for the next day. They called me and ended up moving me up the list and they showed up even earlier. Matt Rihn showed up. He was very professional. Taught me about my homes water system. Gave me some pointers on my system. Offered expert advice on everything plumbing related. He then set to work on diagnosing and repairing my water heater. My only complaint, which is not his fault, is I wish the manufacturer would not make warranty work so difficult. Either way, Matt made swift work of my water heater. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly hope his managers see this because he did such a good job today. We will be in the market for a new water softener soon. I will be requesting Matt Rihn to do the install. Thanks again for your hard work Matt!

Called Anchor because I was tired of tasting chlorine in my water and getting calcium stains on everything. Spoke to Mason and he recommended a whole home water filtration system. He answered all my questions and addressed each of my concerns. It was a seamless process to schedule an install date and time. On the day of the install, Alex and Steven were my technicians. They showed up on time and even gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arriving. The two were very professional and respectful. Prior to installing the unit, they explained to me how the install would go, what to expect, and asked if I had any questions. The install was quick and they made sure I knew how the unit works, how to maintain it, what to do if I have any issues with it, and answered all my questions. My water is chlorine free and very soft. I notice a massive difference in my water. This Novo system leaves not taste of chlorine and no more calcium stains. Thank you Anchor Plumbing for an exceptional experience and product. I definitely recommend anyone in need of plumbing services, to go with them!

I have used Anchor for more than 3 years now. The guys that come out know what they are doing. They are friendly and knowledgable and trustworthy. I have no complaints. Such a great experience with Anchor Plumbing! We had a major water leak that needed a water line reroute. The price from Anchor Plumbing was half of what the large companies wanted. I was able to bundle in a new water heater for still less than other quotes of the reroute alone. The plumbers had great personalities and the job went smoothly. No additional cost increase from the original quote. I trust this company to do the right thing so I’ll use them for future plumbing projects.

If you are looking for a fair and transparent plumbing call Anchor! Adam was professional and did a great job explaining the process of my leak repair in the wall and made sure he did not need to cut into my wall more than needed. In addition he discovered additional needed repairs to ensure my water pressure was stable enough not to damage my appliances including the water heater. The repairs were done with great craftsmanship and explanation. Not easy work, but coming from an engineer it was done well. Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience! My sink was leaking in 2 places. I sent a request via website at 6am, and received a call at 7:30. Adam was at my house by 9am. He was very respectful of my home and family, and took the time to explain everything he was going to do to make the repairs. When he finished, he also took the time to explain what to expect with the new equipment, and made sure all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend!!

Anchor Plumbing sent Ralph and Chris to my house to fix a pinhole leak in a pipe that was leaking from the concrete. Ralph with Anchor Plumbing identified the issue through his experience and detective work. They were very thorough and explained the necessary steps to fix the issue so there are no surprises. After Christmas I called about a leaky kitchen faucet and Mason was dispatched the following day. Great explanations regarding cost and you chose what best fit your budget. Since my home is older, kitchen sink pipes definitely needed an update so I added a couple items. Dakota was the plumber who completed the update. Mason and Dakota definitely a great team.
