Dr. Vance at West Tennessee Bone & Joint has helped to change my life. After suffering for months with extreme arthritic knee pain, Dr. Vance performed a total knee replacement on my left knee. While I still have some surgical/recovery pain, my arthritic pain is gone. Throughout this entire process Dr. Vance and his group has explained in detail all procedures, and has been here for me every step of the way. This doctor and group are professional, detailed, and empathetic to their patients needs and concerns. This has been the best doctor/patient experience I have ever been involved in. I’m was a work-in, so I expected to wait an hour or two to be seen. Nope! I was in and out (X-ray, exam, in-office treatment) within an hour and 20 minutes — including new patient paperwork/processing! Dr. Vance was so professional, and all the staff was so friendly. He knew just what I needed, and I’m feeling better already! Wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars!! Highly recommend!

I had a full knee replacement on 9/18/23. The experience at the North Hospital was awesome and Dr. Vance is very personable and answered all my questions. In 10 days I was walking without assistance. Therapy reps at WTB&J are friendly and thorough. I will always recommend Dr. Vance and the crew at WTB&J. Very pleased with the outcome of my surgery.

Very friendly staff. It was my first visit and everyone was very quick to get my information and get me back to a room. I waited maybe 5 minutes and Dr. Vance came in to introduce himself. He showed genuine concern about my issues and is very knowledgeable of his profession. He was in incredibly thorough and transparent with his evaluation. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Dr Vance is absolutely amazing. I had cancer in 2019 and was seen by a different doctor who is unavailable now but Dr Vance was willing to see me due to some issues i am having. I felt so at ease talking to him. He listened to my concerns and then told me the plan. You could tell he along with his nurses Christine and Amanda truly care about their patients! Such a great feeling!

Dr Vance has been my doctor since he first started practicing in Jackson. He is very caring and listens to your concerns. He just did a total knee replacement on my right knee and it could not have gone any better. Rehab is tough, but that’s what it takes for this kind of surgery. Thank you Dr. Vance for getting me back to where I can walk without pain.

All the employees were smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be there and happy to assist with any need we presented. Everyone was very helpful and respectful. Even though there were several patients there, we were seen in a reasonable amount of time. All the workers, especially Dr. Vance, had the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. 11/10 would recommend this clinic!

Dr. Vance done a complete knee replacement May 15. Everything went fine. I highly recommend him as a very professional and caring Surgeon. This is the second surgery he has done for me.
