My wife and I couldn’t be any happier with our decision to entrust Couture Floors with helping us to choose and then install our new floors! Upon our initial visit to the showroom, they took a lot of time to show us different products and explain the differences among them. They were also helpful in getting us on their installation schedule quickly. Because of the extent of new flooring we had done, the installation took several days, and the installation team worked diligently and thoughtfully to help us be able to stay in the home while the work was being done. They were extremely clean and did excellent work. We would highly recommend Couture Floors to anyone in the market for new quality flooring.

Don't go anywhere else! We did a lot of research and Couture lived up to every expectation....from the initial consultation with Jed, to the teams doing the demo and throughout the install. Dan came through often to ensure we were completely satisfied and if there was anything (very very minor) he addressed it timely and correctly the first time! If you are considering any flooring updates, do not go anywhere else. This team of local heroes is all you need! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We selected Couture Flooring to install (November 2023) new carpets throughout our house. Couture Flooring are very professional and customer orientated. This includes the personnel helping with carpet selection. Once we decided on our carpet, Couture Flooring delivered on schedule and the carpet was installed in the time quoted. Pricing was competitive. The carpet laying team were outstanding, meticulous and professional. We were impressed with their work ethic. We would recommend Couture Flooring.

Not generally a huge review writer, but these guys deserve for others to hear about our experience. We bought a home that had old porcelain tile, and we went to Couture to get quoted for wood flooring as a replacement. Their quote was competitive, but honestly in retrospect their quality of installation and support would have been worth even a higher price. Their designer was super helpful in picking out a wood tone that worked in the house, and the owner Jed was super helpful throughout. They did a great job on the demo of the old tile, and didn’t cause any damage to baseboards or cabinets in the process. They even made sure to clean up consistently. That didn't seem to be a huge deal until we experienced the amount of dust and debris caused by all the demo - it was a lot. They did a great job installing wood throughout the house, even though it had a slightly different height than the tile. They even came back out when a cabinet replacement created a gap in a couple boards and replaced them. I don’t know them other than this project, but am definitely a fan now. We have also done some other projects around the house since moving in, and let’s just say I wish all contractors were as attentive and responsible as these guys were. Couture Floors has been amazing to work with on building our custom home. They installed tile throughout our home. Visitors routinely think our tile floors are hardwood. Don Herr and his team have been outstanding in helping us before and after we moved into our home. I highly recommend them!

Clint, Jake, and David were all very professional and did a great job. They committed to a date, showed up as expected, and finished the work cleanly. They refinished our acacia hardwoods in one room and installed engineered planks in another. Would use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Boerne Couture Floors did an awesome job. Removed (demoed) the existing tile floors (roughly 1k sqft) and installed new engineered hardwood floors. The crew (Pete, David, and Ernest) were great to work with. Professional, respectful, and worked around our family schedule. The company was great with customer service as there was no pressure. Great company and I love the family feel. Highly recommend them. Always great to support small businesses.

The carpet is beautiful!!! It’s so soft on my feet (which I needed). The crew was professional and kind. They did it quickly. It was a large project which took two days. They removed vinyl flooring that the previous owners DIY and you could tell. It was horrible work.
Now it’s amazing! The house looks completely different and that large echo is now gone.
The whole upstairs, all closets and downstairs master bedroom/closet was done. It was pricey but you get what you pay for. It was totally worth it! I will post pictures later

Couture Floors provided A+++ Service for our flooring. From start to finish, the communication was top notch down to the installation of the actual flooring. Jed & Paul were SOLID!

Giving Couture only 5 stars in an understatement!!! Dan over there is such an amazing, honest, person to work with. My wife and I are in the middle of a flooring disaster (had to start from scratch again on a tile job for our house) and Dan came to the rescue!! Very competitive in pricing, and have a huge showroom with many options.

First class service from first walking into the store down to delivery of the final invoice. Dan is man! We had carpet replaced in our secondary and master bed room closet and carpet replaced with engineered hardwood in our master bedroom and play/game room. While I never met the guys who installed the carpet I did meet Paul who installed the engineered hardwood and his level of professionalism and service is first to none. Highly reccomend these guys.
