Beautiful manicure, definitely a good experience. Lena did a beautiful job on my gel manicure and the art work on 4 nails. It felt great and looks so good.

Such great service. Everyone is so good! Tina the manager is one of the sweetest people and my tech Yen is The absolute best she is so careful with me because of my neuropathy in my feet. She is excellent!top notch!!

1st time in today. I will definitely be back to see Dani!! I was unsure how to describe what I wanted exactly,, she still knew what I was trying to say!! Long story short, I left today with the best cut , chop trim, and goatee trim that I have ever received!! Thank you Dani!

I loved this place. They take walking and the nail tech, Kelli was amazing, she was very considerate when it cam to my nails. She took her time and was amazing.

I went in without an appointment. The girls are the front desk were reasonably nice. I wanted tips, acrylic builder, gel, nail art, and cuticles. Bi was A-MAZING! She took her time, was gentle, and a perfectionist. Double checked to make sure all of nails were the same length. Asked me if I was happy with what she had done before moving on to the next step. Just awesome.

I've been getting my nails done here for years. Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable atmosphere, quality work. They have several services available. I recommend the polished mani/pedi. All of the techs are talented, but my favorite so far has been Daniel.

I’ve had manicures since I was 15 and old enough to work. Things have changed immensely, including where I live, all over the country, even on tropical islands. Who knew I’d find the best spot in little Jackson, TN? Going on my seventh year with these folks! Tina and her husband run a solid business with top of the line manicurists. It’s tough these days running an independent shop. Like anything, it can’t always be perfect, but her place sure does come close! Thank you for always being great, reliable, and caring! This place has never disappointed me. The customer service is wonderful and my mom and I had amazing pedi’s today ! I highly recommend the following techs- Victor, Dawn and Ty. I have also gotten gel nails done here in the past and loved them!

High maintenance place for a low price. My mom and I are so in love with our nails. They did a wonderful job on my dip powder ombre and great design for the Dallas Cowboys😍

Walked in and only waited about 10 minutes, only needed a Dip manicure. Trinh did my nails and was able to match my color and shape, completely painless and quick! I always worry about my cuticles getting cut or burned by the file but my nails look 👍🏼

Great service without an extensive wait. We walked in early on a Saturday and were seated within 20 mins. I recommend an appointment though if you don't have extra time. My niece loved her kids mani/pedi!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience! I took my 2yr old daughter for her first pedicure and they had a little chair just her size (it was adorable and even had the massage features). She loved it and I loved seeing her have so much fun and had a wonderful pedicure too!

My mom and I drive about an hour to come to this Polished! Jo is our favorite, especially for a dip manicure! There’s always good service and it’s a nice atmosphere.
