Atlas Floors Carpet One Floor & Home

I’m so very impressed with Atlas Floors!!! (I used the one on 1604/Braun)
While I had come here previously to browse, this was the first time actually purchasing and installing carpet with Atlas. Angela Cox, salesperson, was very helpful and deeply knowledgeable. She entrusted me with several carpet samples to take home. I was delighted when she was available after hours to talk to on her cell and answer questions that I had. After deciding on the carpet, we were ready to rock-n-roll!
Michelle (in scheduling) was aware that I wanted a quick turnaround for the install and she delivered when there was a last-minute opening!

Richard and Gilbert were professionals in their craft and work. I couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in the quality of their work.

Even while being careful, accidents can happen. During the install of the carpet, there was an unfortunate situation where all along the bottom 2 feet of our newly installed wallpaper got scratched. What was truly remarkable was how Atlas handled the situation. They swiftly took action. They sent someone over to look at the damage and sent us a check to cover purchasing new wallpaper and the cost of the new installation. Wow! I'm so impressed with how they took action to correct an unfortunate situation.

We are so grateful for everything. Our master bedroom and walk-in closet now have the look and appeal of a showroom or designer living space! Without a doubt, Atlas Floors will be my "go-to" in our next carpet project.

We had a great experience from showroom to install. Janet did a great job assisting with finding the closest laminate plank color match for our bedrooms. She was so helpful answering my questions and guiding me through the process. The material delivery was on time, installers were very respectful of our property and me. We were so impressed with the flooring and quality of work. They installed the quarter round and painted the all the bedroom trim, so everything looked great!

Wonderful to work with Janet. Wonderful people skills and knowledge of the industry. Came over to measure and discuss options and then again to reconfirm our needs. Items were ordered and scheduled quickly. On installation day, Richard and Gilbert arrived and we showed them room and closet for carpet install and showed them the heavy furniture. They said no problem and moved items easily, removed pad and carpets and then installed all the new pads/carpets, moved heavy furniture and rebuilt bed, vacuumed and cleaned up in about 3.5 hours. They were wonderful to deal with during the install. We are going to be using Atlas and Janet for installation of wood floor in the future. Richard and Gilbert were wonderful, knew their jobs and explained things if questions asked. Thanks to all.

After a poor experience with one of the big box stores, we saw that Carpet One/Atlas Floors was listed #1 by The Spruce magazine. Since they have never let me down with their reviews, we headed over there. Tiffany was very helpful and loaded us up with several samples. After deciding on a carpet, the install went smoothly. Richard and Gilbert were professional, friendly, and worked quickly. We are very satisfied and will be using them with our next install!

second time using Atlas for flooring and expereince has been great both times. Janet at the 1604 & Braun location helped us most recently. Service was great, purchasing was a breeze and install was perfect. Truly impressed with the quality of professionals that Atlas employs.

We went into Atlas looking to carpet our new home. Janet greeted us. Showed us carpets to suite our need. This was our first time purchasing carpet. Janet explained the process it was fun that I'm a Janet too! Next step was a visit from Dino. He measured rooms and closets and informed us of next step. Installation. Yesterday Richard and Gilbert arrived on time. Taking great care with our furniture. They layed the carpets quickly and expertly. I love to watch these kind of processes. It took several hours and the results are fantastic. All furniture and doors were put back in place. I want to thank everyone at Atlas for making our new house a beautiful home.

Atlas carpet has good quality, a great selection of styles at a reasonable price. I would do business with Atlas again. Tiffany was very helpful.

They were great! Starting with Angela that helped us thru our decisions of carpets to Michele on setting up appointment and answering my questions, to the gentleman that came out to take measurements, to the guys that installed the carpets, they were all great! Installation was done perfect and cleaning up as they went, was awesome. We are very pleased with Atlas Floors, would definitely recommend.

They were so responsive, they kept communicating through out the whole process. The crew that came to our house were simply the best, Leo made sure everything was perfect and clean.

Service and product at Atlas were outstanding, especially Angela Cox! We first tried big retailers and the experience was horrible. Angela was extremely knowledgeable on all the products and even told us to hold in actually paying because they had a big sale coming. The gentlemen who installed the carpet were amazing and the craftsmanship was perfect. If you want the best service, quality and advice, go to Atlas for all your flooring needs.

My wife and I are very excited and pleased with the service, knowledge, and installation by Atlas Floors! We worked with Angela Cox and she explained a lot to us both that we were not even aware of when it comes to carpet, the feel, the difference in selections, and the look a customer might want, but in different price points to provide more options. Although we did get a quote from Home Depot that was less expensive, we were still drawn to the selection at Atlas . After a short conversation with Angela, she asked to give her a little time to crunch some numbers to see if Atlas could do anything to get our business. She absolutely hit the mark with a price point that fell in the range we were willing to go up for the better look, feel, and quality we wanted. Even though cost was a little higher than Home Depot's price, we got a better pad, the exact carpet selection we wanted and the look is totally worth it! Our installer, Daniel, did a phenomenal job with the installation for our entire upstairs and our master bedroom downstairs. He was very meticulous in how he cut the carpet and lined up the pieces from one room to another. It was obvious he's been at this for a while and we can't wait to have company over to show off the new and improved look this gave our home! Daniel was also very helpful and willing in moving around furniture from multiple bedrooms and a living room. He never displayed any irritation or dissatisfaction moving anything around and was more than willing to help me with some of this even though I told him I would handle it so he could focus on the install! Very pleased with Atlas Floors all around! A Big Thank You to them!

Bought our first home and needed to get new carpets because of cat allergies and previous owners having a cat. Janet Kelly was amazing. She was able to measure the rooms in the house and order our carpet before we even closed on the house! That way we could get the new carpet installed before we moved in. Richard Gonzalez was our installer. He was fantastic. After removing the old carpet and disposing of it, he cleaned the concrete under the carpet to completely remove that cat dander. We love our new carpet! Will definitely be going to Atlas for any future flooring needs.

Erik took extremely good care of me and my husband throughout our experience with Atlas. He made several trips to our home to help us pick the right flooring and decorative tile. His customer service and professionalism were above and beyond any home installation experience I have ever had. He really took an interest in making sure we were happy with our decisions along the way, and of course, the final product. Everything turned out beautifully. Also, their prices for tile flooring and installation are very good compared with other places we looked at. I highly recommend Atlas!

My recommendation bottom line - Top notch in every aspect, Hire them for any of your floor needs! I got to know Atlas Floors through my employer USAA when we decided to change our carpets that had served us well for 13+ years. The work was a combination of tile and hard wood installation. Atlas Floors' Angela worked with us most patiently and she never pressured us to make any decisions. We met several times at the showroom before finalizing the wood and tile we liked. We even created our own custom tile design. The installers (Matt and team) for wood and (Louis and team) for tile, were absolute experts in their skills and the workmanship showed it. Initially given the size of floor space they had to cover, i was skeptical if they can do it in the specified time. They worked diligently and were done on the day promised. Overall a great experience and I will lean on Atlas Floors for all future maintenance of the floors. Great Job and Kudos to Angela, Matt, Louis and team!

I went to Atlas because my bank offered a discount when working with Atlas Floors Carpet One. I found a lot of woods to choose from, and even considered alternatives before settling on the hand-scraped, engineered wood I chose. I was privileged to get Mr. Rodney Cooper as my sales person. Not only was he pleasant, but patient, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. He took a lot of time to give me information and advice over the course of several weeks before we finalized the deal.
The installation process went well. The installation team of Gallo and Chuy were great: helpful in giving advice and moving things, responsive to my requests, very professional and even fun. They also accommodated my schedule when I had to leave early one day. They did a great job of trying to clean up (when dust is everywhere it's hard to get all of it) during and after the job. And best of all, when there was a small issue at the end of the job, they came back to fix it after coming up with a solution on their own. I could not have been more fortunate than to have had this duo as my installation crew.
Finally, as far as payment and the office staff, the fact that they bill for the last payment AFTER the job is completed satisfactorily is amazing, in a city where too often final payment is made in advance and then work is not completed (well, or even at all).
Overall, I'm pleased with the wood I selected; it looks great and I'm happy I made the transition. And I'm happy to have worked with Atlas to get it done.

We had a really great experience with Atlas Floors this month and we could not be happier with our choice of materials or with the crew that installed them for us. Juan Elizio and his crew were timely, professional and very skillful. Janet Kelly offered excellent support as a sales person. Atlas Flooring has now replaced about 95% of the flooring in our home over the past 3 years. They've installed laminate, carpeting and now vinyl flooring and all of it looks amazing. Flooring is expensive and there are lots of choices. If you want a good experience and enjoy working with real professionals, I would recommend Atlas Floors for ANY project.

A neighbor of mine made the recommendation to us .From the moment we walked in the door, Rodney the salesman knew exactly what we needed. He was excellent in every way. We were in need to have our floors done by a particular date and he made sure that the job was on time without ANY hassles. He was experienced, focused, courteous, pleasant, patient, on time and willing to do anything to get us the best deal with the most appropriate product. The floors look awesome! The installers were extremely professional, on time, and efficient- it took them about 10 hours to do the job (one day and the following morning). I could not ask for a better job performance.
