Was sent to Braun Automotive after calling a few other shops that sent me to Chris due to his in-floor alignment tool. Chris was able to give my vehicle an alignment and good feedback since my vehicle is lowered. Thank you for your professionalism.

They are the best value in town and I would strongly recommend them to anyone, especially military troops and their family. Finding a team that we can trust makes all the difference in the world, which is why the only automotive repair establishment in town that I trust with my vehicles is Braun Road Automotive. Even after moving to Austin, I will still take the cars back to Braun. I have tried other chain stores and found them to be lacking, so do not waste your time with the others to save a few $$ as it will cost you more in the long run. Chris, Reiko, and team are great.

Took my son's truck for oil change and tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment but they got me right in. They checked my hoses, belts, changed the oil and topped off the fluids. They checked my brakes when they rotated and balanced my tires. The service was great and the employees are very helpful and answered all my questions. Nice place, would recommend this place to family and friends. It is in San Antonio, Texas.

Great shop, Chris tells you straight as to what the problem is and helps you decide what's the best option moving forward for your budget. He's not there to get rich off his customers, just a fair honest guy.

My "Go-To" place for alignments now. Their in-ground system made it easy for my 370z to access and they assisted me in getting my alignment back into my specs. Car feels like its on rails again and will definitely help the tires last longer.

I initially brought one of our cars over to drop it off at night, it was about 8pm. I was just going to leave the keys somewhere as I was not expecting any employees to be there.

As I was looking for a key drop off, an employee was driving away. He stopped and asked if I needed anything and ended up getting Chris from the back. In today's terrible service oriented world, I found this simple gesture to be remarkably refreshing. To me, assisting a customer after hours says a lot about the culture of their shop.

I had just bought a used car for my son and wanted the brakes checked out due to some noises. After checking out the pads and rotors I was informed they were not in need of replacement. So while I can't vouch for any quality of craftsmanship at this time, I can vouch for honesty and integrity...which in the auto shop world can be hard to find.

Referred to by local Helotes shop. So far so good. Took for alignment need and they took care of us. Even though we had thought there was additional issues the alignment took resolved it. Glad to see they didn't try to push unnecessary repairs. Staff was also great to work with.

Have been a regular customer at Braun Road Automotive for a couple of years now and would not let anyone else touch my two cars. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Chris and his staff have earned my trust. My adult daughter takes her car there as well and she feels the same way. She would not let anyone else touch her car. I had a good experience here a few months back installing an after market part on my car. They were responsive to email, clearly quoted a price for the requested work, and completed the job as scheduled / on time. What's not to like?

They've done several jobs on both of my vehicles. Quality work and friendly service; but most of all I appreciate that they take the time to explain the details of each job - what they're doing and why they're doing it. I've never felt like they're just trying to make a buck off me - they truly care about retaining repeat customers. I'll keep going back!

I took my vehicle to get work done water pump, thermostat, belt tensioner and tuneup these guys were so affordable saved me over $300 compared to other shops. I am a definate customer for life plus even gave me a ride home called me when it was ready and picked me up. WOW not many shops do that.

After an unfortunate accident, I had to take my jeep in to get repaired. I decided on Braun Rd automotive and I'm glad I did! I needed a new axle, control arms, control arm brackets and a whole mess of parts. My insurance company at first tried to give used parts, but Braun Rd Automotive fought with my insurance company and got them to use brand new parts! Not only did my jeep get fixed, but it happened 2 weeks before they projected, and the quality of work is outstanding! If anything happens again, I know exactly where I'm going!

**Update#3**: Sep 3, 2019. Long-term 2-year update since install. Absolutely no problems. Highly recommended! Great price...compare!

**Update#2**: Auto tint 1 year. Same as below. No bubbles, discoloration or peeling. Please call around\surf to cost compare. You'll find a good deal here. Highly satisfied!

**UPDATE**: 6+ months. Tint is fine with no fading, air bubbles or delamination.

Window Tint for a 2010 Toyota Prius installed Aug 24, 2017. $295 total for 3M FX Premium grade to include removal of old tint. Most tint shops charge an extra fee to remove old tint. Tint World wanted $200 + $295 for new tint. No thanks!

Lifetime Warranty good at any US 3M dealer. Very professional team (George) and Chris the owner was personable.

Oh my god such awesome people took my 300 to get brakes, rotors, alignment and 3M Window tint and got it done the same day and even gave me a ride home and picked me up.......definitely a customer for life they are trustworthy people I only wish all shops were like them!!!!!!!!

We were having some car trouble in front of their place and a man ran out to help assist us off the road. Super friendly. Our vehicle was under warranty so it went back to the dealership. Thank you guys!
