Dillard's

I had a great time at Dillard's today. They are at 75% off Christmas Ornaments right now. They have these cute wood crates that have Merry Christmas on them as well. It is always a pleasure to shop this store. Purchased several bras for about $71. They have a mega sale going on right now. The attendant was nice and kind towards me, which added to my joy. It was great sharing with her, and I appreciate her so much. I did not get her name, but I know that she was sweet and very kind to talk with.

The young lady at the perfume counter , for Lancome was super helpful and very professional.

Love this Dillard’s! Friendly lady behind the cologne counter spent 20 minutes helping me find the perfect fragrance for my sister. She loved it!!

Large selection of items. Beautiful layout. I was looking for Mark downs on Christmas items. Definitely will go back to shop. Love this store!

Vast selection and excellent customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. To say I’m out of my element when looking for dress clothes is an understatement. Clinton took the initiative to go ahead and measure me for my shirt size and helped me in finding the perfect shirt!

Had a wedding to go to: My girlfriend bought Me some nice dress slacks and a new belt. Two days later found that the tailor got my jacket set for the wrong date, was not going to be ready. GF went back because I had to work. She bought 3 pair of pants (slight diff in size) as I now needed black. (We have never over purchased with the intent to return some items, but under the circumstances...). I picked what fit right and went to return the others. They were really kind about the return and My GF said her shopping experience was excellent.
I found the story to be very clean with a polite and attentive staff.
Also... unexpectedly, our refund showed deposited back to our bank just a few hours later.
I definitely reccomend this Dillard's for your needs.

I got terrific customer service. I needed a special occasion dress. Several were offered in the color that I wanted. The sale price was affordable.

There was a nice woman named Zelda that helped me tremendously. At the Lancome counter I was overwhelmed by all of the products. This was on Tuesday December 6th. Oh my gosh she was so accommodating, explained what some of the skin products were beneficial for and then proceeded to color match me. That had been my primary concern. She gave me a full make up ĺook. She even helped my daughter, who was actually an onlooker. Zelda was able to help me, others who came to the counter seeking help and speak to passers by. I hope she is acknowledged for her help. I will definitely seek her out again.

Lady working on women's dept was so helpful and friendly, which is amazing in today's climate. Found lots of excellent merchandise at fair prices. My husband bought 8 shirts on sale and 3 pair of dress pants. The changing rooms were clean and no junk in them. Great experience.

Very nice store. Clean and well organized. Associates are professional and helpful. I bought a beautiful dress for my daughters wedding, then when I got home I found a problem with the zipper on the dress. I returned it the next day and had no problem whatsoever, exchanging it. I'm a very satisfied customer.

After going to 6 different stores at The Avenue, then to Kohl's, I FINALLY found what I wanted at Dillard's at the Stones River Mall. The ladies were so helpful and found 3 dresses that were very close to what I described that I wanted. I don't know their names, but one was a younger woman with lighter hair, and the other was an older woman with dark hair. I just needed a black cocktail-style dress, something plain and formal which I couldn't find in store anywhere else, that didn't make me look like I was wearing a bag. I'm short (below average) and my waist is higher (I have a shorter torso), so most dresses make me look frumpy. They were so wonderful. They found exactly what I wanted, along with a lovely little cardigan that just pulls it all together. I'm extremely grateful, because most things I like that I find online are NEVER actually in the store, which is super frustrating. Anything I order online usually doesn't fit right. I hope those ladies see this review (I hate that I didn't catch their names). I'll definitely be shopping here for clothes again.

Amazing store. Great floor layout. Fresh selection of clothes and accessories. Every associate has a smile is willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Prices are good, and quality of merchandise is great. Never had a bad experience. Management constantly on floor engaging customers and ensuring amazing service is being provided. Definately recommend.
