Asuka Hibachi & Buffet

We've been going here since they opened. I've had one bad experience where a server wanted me to increase tip. As a previous server, this was not ok by me. This was in the first year of them opening. In all the times I've been since, food is fresh, servers are on point and hibachi is great. Would recommend at least a try, I enjoy them very much.
**Update** went back early 11/22 and was so disappointed. Had a gentleman server who cleared my plate ONCE and refilled my drink ONCE. I'm generally a good tipper having been a server myself. I left $3 due to the service and while I was distracted, he said "wow, $3"!!! Are you serious? Had I heard that, he wouldn't have gotten what he did. I notice all the servers tend to linger at your table now til they see what tip is. One more time and I won't go back

The restaurant and restrooms are always clean. The workers are nice. The food is always fresh. The Mongolian BBQ is really good. I love this restaurant. It's the only Chinese restaurant that my husband will eat. Don't have time to eat at the buffet? No problem. They take to-go orders. They're made fresh. If you call ahead, it'll be ready by the time you get there.

I’ve never given a 5 star at a Chinese buffet. Stunned, the food was so good, fresh, and service face. Hibachi cook did very well. Will be back.

The trick to getting the best Asuka has to offer is to go is when it is busy. Check out the Popular times shown on Google. When you want a Buffet with a BUNCH of options this is a good place to go. The price is a little more than I like to pay, so we make sure we are hungry before going. There is a fine art to being hungry just enough to enjoy eating and not getting hangry before and while you are there! The flavors are interesting and fresh. The Hibachi grill lets you pick fresh ingredients and get your favorite flavors added to the plates. Whatever you want. They also have a sushi bar with shrimp, rice, salmon and other items. The ice cream is high-quality Mayfields brand and there are about a half-dozen flavors. Waitresses are very attentive and brought our bill out at our second serving. I see some people feel it is a rush/nudge to get people to hurry up. Not me, I went three more rounds. No big deal - no one cares, so just enjoy yourself and get a taste of everything you can. With all the options you will find some favorites.

Almost everything was amazing. Our server was a little inattentive, and we waited for quite some time before we got our checks, but the food was great, and we were seated immediately.

We will be back. We had 2 plates and walked out wanting to rent a cot 🤣. The food is the BOMB here. We will be back.

Best buffet I have been to in Smyrna and around. They have 6 buffet tables full of food, plus an included hibatchi. There are the things you would expect to find at a Chinese buffet, but also some more American type food for pickier eaters. Our server was incredibly attentive as she covered many tables with ease.

this is our first time coming here and i love this place we have the best server! she was very kind, really nice she have the best smile i love how she always check up on us every few minutes. the food was very good i also love their hibachi everything in this place is delicious i’ll definitely rate this place a 11/10 just because of the server that boosts it up. i don’t know her name but she was a really pretty young lady i promise you guys this place is the best.

Great place to eat at but young Hispanic server is a little to short had to look down to place my drink order

Yum! I'm a cancer survivor and after Chemo nothing ever tastes right. But, I love their food.

As far as Chinese buffets that I've been to this is one of the best! TONS to choose from and really good food at that. Prices really aren't bad for the amount of food you can get. I definitely came out of here feeling like I ate my own body weight in sesame chicken and those weird little desert cakes with the goo on top.

The family and I were down in Smyrna to get some food from the new bonchon. Unfortunately we were told that it would be a minimum of 45 minutes. The kids were hungry so we needed to find something. We stumbled upon this place by chance and to say I was extremely pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. The server was extremely nice and polite and quick with the service. The food was amazing and everything was fresh. My top picks were the chicken wings, roasted chicken, green beans, peach buns, and the custard tarts. I was not able to try the hibachi as I was completely full after trying a bit of the selections. This place is amazing and I would definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Food was amazing as usual but I had an issue with my card being ran for more than my bill. Basically a tip was added without my knowledge so definitely check your receipts and account
