I recently had a technical issue with downloading AutoCAD and decided to make an appointment with Best Buy's tech support. I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt service. They had my issue resolved within a day, which was truly impressive. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous, making the entire process smooth. Best Buy's exceptional service and quick resolution to my problem have left me highly satisfied and confident in their technical support. I would definitely recommend them for any tech-related issues!

Great place for anything electronics. I love visiting this place. Bought a fridge, oven, TV, video game system, computer, iPad, videos games, microwave, ear buds, and surround sound from here. They were comparable to Amazon which was very surprising. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You always fun into that one disgruntled employee but it was overall a great experience.

My son and I decided to walk around to waste some time. Went to the computer area and a very nice employee named Jamal greeted us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on any questions we had. Wasn't pushy at all. We ended up going almost across the store in the router section. Made our selection, and I decided to ask Jamal his opinion. He gladly answered and checked us out upfront. Lastly, he informed me of the yearly membership they have. I purchased the cheaper one but wanted to say I have never been told about this. Would have gotten it a long time ago. I got his card and will be back asking him for help.

Popped in here for the 1st time a couple of years and have to say they have made quite a few improvements since the last time I was in. Store was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful.. I was able to walk in and get exactly what I wanted, get checked out and leave in less than 10 minutes. Great experience.

The store was incredibly well stocked and maintained. The staff were very nice and well-informed, we had at least 2 employees ask us if we needed help in any given area. I recommend that, especially if you're in between products or brands, the employees are very helpful without just trying to upsale you.

Great customer service at this location. Brought a desktop computer in that was making a odd whining noise. Their support team helped me figure out the issue, find a replacement part, and get it installed very quickly. Thank you to Kourtney, Rheanna, and Heath who all helped me out!

Got a great deal on a TV. In the back it we got great service and the man checked out was really nice. But he was the only one checking people out saw a lot of employees standing by the front door. Not sure about that. But over experience was great.

Every time I come here people are always helpful. The employees help me get what I need and they are very informative and fast. I enjoy my visits here.

Had a great buying experience but also great product experience. I just bought a iBuypower I7 Gaming PC and it was a quick and easy purchase. The team at BestBuy were very helpful, and the PC was a very easy setup, quick plug and play.

Purchased a TV online. When I picked it up, they had it ready, and helped me load it into my suv. The employee even made sure the screen was facing up when we loaded it. Very helpful, friendly and courteous.

After the worst experience at the Coolsprings store, I drove to Mufreesbourgh, and glad I did.

The absolute BEST experience. I explained to the consiere at the front of the store what I was looking for. He instructed me to wait in the TV section, by the time I got to the back - Sean was there. He was well informed and most helpful with me making a selection of the TV that met my needs - at a great price (savings), and all done in record time.

This store and experience reminded me of why the store is called “ BEST BUY”

When my husband got a credit card we were given the wrong information and lost out on getting in store credit but thanks to Karen (who I believe is the manager) she was able to still help us out and had me leaving the store way more happy than I did going in.

Chanin Jones did a fantastic job helping pick out several electrictrons he was very polite, new hes products and took his time to explain things so that I would get the soround sound system, dvd player and tilt mounting bracket for my tv. Chanin also schedule a appointment that fit my needs I will differently be back.

Had issues with my laptop and Geek squad fixed it and had me out the door in minutes. Never disappointed at Bestbuy.

Friendly environment. The wait to pick up items or to be checked out is a bit lengthy, but employees are friendly. The only complaint I have is when I was waiting to be checked out in electronics, two employees did not acknowledge my presence. I had to go across the store to be checked out. Even if you are assisting other customers, a simple "I will be with you in a min" is sufficient.

Great location and great staff. I made a visit fof a Christmas purchase and found exactly what I wanted. I would recommend.
