Jeanna in Customer Service really went out of her way for me to get a refund. There were 2 other employees that helped me, but Jeanna went above and beyond! She was kind enough to look up my receipt and get my full refund. Thank goodness for her!

Jordan, from the Electronics Dept., was so sweet and kind! His customer services go above and beyond and he is also extremely knowledgeable about home security cameras. He knew the answer to each question I had and explained some things about technology that I didn’t understand until now because of Jordan.
So Jordan, thanks so much for your help! It was so pleasant to meet you and thank you for treating me kindly and without getting frustrated with all of the technical questions I had! I appreciate your kindness, patience, and overall great customer service skills. You truly went above and beyond for me and took the time to make sure I understood the differences in security cameras. I truly appreciate your help!

I've always Loved shopping at Walmart for they have some fresh fruits and vegetables, household appliances, electronics, cosmetics, beauty products, animal products, clothing apparel, auto and cleaning products, vegan and plant based foods, plus more.

I love this place. I was actually able to find Lee jeans in my size.

This Walmart has a lot more items than the other stores in Murfreesboro. I wonder why?

This store is big,well-stocked,pretty fast at checkouts, good prices,good milk expire dates,good pastries ,good fresh fruit,nice clerks,clean.

I find myself wanting to go to this Walmart more, even though it's further away from us, because they have more of a selection and seem to be more on top of their stocking than the one on Old Fort Pkwy. Thanks for doing a good job.

The only reason I am giving this store 5 stars is because of Queen Kelly she not only talks with us customers but she is thoughtful enough to walk with me to my car carrying all my heavy groceries after seeing I had neck surgery she refused my tip and kept a smile on her face even after a hard can fell on her foot. Queen Kelly is truly a queen very thoughtful and compassionate

Very clean and friendly staff. Was able to find what I needed and was in and out of there quickly.

My go-to place for groceries, handyman tools, and everything in-between. If you don't have a large family to warrant going to sams club or Costco. This is the place. Large parking to work on cars or anything you need. Love this Walmart

Spoke with Judy from the bakery today and she was amazing. We didn’t really know what to get and asked a lot of questions, but Judy was well prepared to answer any question we had. She was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you Judy for your excellent service and I hope your great work is recognized by management.

This location in Murfreesboro is great! Pharmacy is on point & customer oriented.

Ample parking. Easy to find merchandise and easy check out. Usually have items I am looking for. The second self-checkout area at the other end of the store will be a welcome addition in February. So I am told....

Busy day at Walmart , back to school and tax free weekend. By surprise see what was unexpected.

I bought my daughter and grand daughters earrings for Xmas the sales lady in the jewelry was very polite and nice and very helpful. And their earrings were inexpensive for the gold and diamonds compared to other places I've shopped I was able to afford a pair for myself.

Wal Mart is always a good experience, no matter what you buying, you're saving on it
