The store had exactly what I wanted and someone came to me and asked if I was finding what I needed and he helped me go right to it. He and the checkout person were very helpful explaining what the purchased extra care was and how it could be helpful. I was so appreciative because I was very frustrated after going to Best Buy to buy this printer and having so many employees act like they didn’t see me. I asked for help with the printer I wanted and was told someone would be right there. 20 minutes later, I found someone else who was standing and looking on his phone. He looked for another 5 minutes or so, came back and said he needed to check one more place and disappeared. After another 5 or so minutes, I just left. I’m glad I went to Staples.

I was a little skeptical about getting my business cards printed at Staples, but I needed them asap. I didn’t get the woman’s name but she worked at the printing center- she was FABULOUS. My business cards were going to be delayed by a day because their machine was down, I told them it was no big deal, things happen out of our control. When my cards were printed in store they didn’t come out perfect, a little off centered. She called me again to let me know they were going to send them off so they’re perfect, but I can come pick up the ones that were messed up if I needed them. I appreciated it so much! The second round looked fantastic, her communication was great and her energy was amazing. 10/10 experience.

I have to RAVE on Staples of Murfreesboro! TOP NOTCH service over in the printing department.... Every experience I have there is pleasant (cashiers, etc), but I specifically want to say what an OUTSTANDING pleasure it is to work with Nicolette & her team in the printing department. As a small business owner, I LOVE it when people go above & beyond" the call of duty & they do it with an amazing attitude & smile on their face! You can tell she loves what she does... She has been my "printing HERO" on multiple occasions ... truly. She is just a "make it happen" type of person - I so appreciate that about her & her team! she will have 1,000 things going on, but she ALWAYS makes your need a priority & if you throw her a curve ball, she adjusts & does it with a smile on her face! The printing quality is great & if something is not "just so," she takes care of it quickly! She brings a solution & she brings it with a smile! I highly recommend working with the STAPLES printing team... Nicolette & her team are truly outstanding professionals & provide the absolute best service with a smile. Ya'll are making a difference over there! :)

Very helpful this morning all around. Dagan was very patient as I was deciding between two chairs. He even offered to take it to the counter then proceeded to load it up in my truck curbside. The young cashier lady explained the 3 year protection plan so well I had to purchase it. Solid chair selection and great customer service.

I just had the best experience in the copy and print service area here. Both employees went over and beyond to make sure my experience and my product was exactly how I wanted it! I used the self service cutting station and was there for a while and witness their kindness and enthusiasm for their customers with each and every customer that came in! A huge shout out to these employees! I will definitely be back for any other copy/print/marketing needs I may have!

We printed our daughter's wedding programs here. Process was simple & quick. At the Staples printing services counter, they instructed us to email the document (we created in Publisher/saved as PDF) to their Staples email, selected the paper we wanted, placed the order and they told us we would be called once it was ready in 24 hours. Nicolette and Emily absolutely made our day! Nicolette's joyful voicemail telling me it was ready & how they enjoyed printing our order was so fun! It was so neat to see them enjoy something import to us. Those gals really love their job & it shows! We were thrilled with the programs, paper quality & how they were folded! I have used Staples for 3 years for my Xmas cards so I was confident in the quality of the programs. I highly recommend Staples Murfreesboro for your print needs!

I was helped at the printing service desk by the most amazing British young lady named Emily, she was so sweet and she went beyond to help me with the horrific mess I had going on with printing some school stuff. She never gave up on helping me and she did it with such a beautiful smile and great attitude and she was also multitasking making sure other customers would get the same attention. She needs to become a manager or get some kind of recognition. Emily you ROCK!!!

Absolutely wonderful. Kaylee was great. She was so helpful when designing my son's graduation invitations. I was so nervous in anticipation of completing them. She really walked me through the process and was very patient.

Great Store! I use the copy center on a regular basis. The staff is excellent and provides very fast service. We buy all our office supplies here and always find what we need. Plenty of help throughout the store. Very nice place to do business.

I usually go to Office Depot and leave disappointed at how little of a selection they have for everything. I started going to Staples and they have an amazing selection of pens, expo markers, highlighters, notebooks, everything!! They have options for normal, professional looking items or decorated, cute versions of the same things. They have a large selection of office chairs, desks, and whiteboards. I'm always impressed at the wide selection of items in here, and their print services are also exceptional! New favorite office supply store!
