Great experience! I had to make a few exchanges because I got the wrong size a couple times, but I always got treated well each time through it. Tyler and William were really helpful on getting the size I needed!

Excellent customer service!! I purchased a Patagonia jacket before Thanksgiving and random spots showed up on it. I took it back to Binks today and they gave me a brand new jacket. I am super impressed with the customer service and not disappointed with my jacket now! Thanks for always providing the best service!

I actually went to the binks in Franklin TN and they didn't have the chacos I wanted to they FaceTimed the guys at this store and they showed me on the screen that they had the chacos I was looking for. I paid for them in Franklin and was able to drive to this store to get them the next day. It was quick and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful! Great store!

Second location for local outdoor wear shop. 15 years ago when Crocs were popular they were famous for being one of the only stores in town to have them.

A good little place. No Bass pro but it's decent. Prices are pretty high and not much variety in clothing for bigger size

It can be expensive but they have really good sales on North Face, Patagonia, etc... and staff is friendly.
