This is by far THE BEST office ever! Dr. Nieto is amazing! She truly cares about her patients. Doesn’t see them as a number. She’s very personable. It’s all about quality NOT quantity. The staff is OUTSTANDING!! They are like family. I absolutely love them!I totally recommend this office to anyone who needs care!

After living overseas for years, I really needed to get myself a PCP in the US, especially since I was suffering an ailment. I called the office and the staff were professional and friendly, and helped me even get an appointment straight away.
I was able to fill some of the forms online to make my visit quicker. The location was conveniently located, and a nice office building awaited me. Inside it was clean and professional, with a comfortable wait area.
Dr. Nieto was kind, patient, understanding and listened to what I said. She didn't once make me feel like an idiot with her tone, nor did she speak to me in a condescending manner. She was knowledgeable in her field. I feel I made a good choice in choosing her as a PCP.
And while some of the staff might have been a tad stand-offish (which isn't a bad thing, some people are just less chatty than others), no one was rude or unprofessional in the slightest. I had no issues with the staff at all, and the woman who drew my blood didn't even roll her eyes at me when I mentioned my bad experiences/fear with blood draws (I have indeed had many an eye roll in the past), in fact, she was very good and I hardly felt a thing!

Perhaps something changed, but I would have to say I don't agree with the other negative reviews at all. After my experience, I can only recommend Tandi Medical Center.

When my old doctor retired I was worried that I’d never find another doctor who was attentive and caring like he was. I did go to another doctor - it was more of a clinic - before coming to Tandi Medical Ctr.
Dr. Nieto is the only doctor at Tandi and she listens to my concerns and asks thorough questions. She does not rush or make hasty judgments. It is not hard to get an appt nor is it hard to reach the office. I have read some of the other reviews discussing the staff but I cannot agree with them as my experiences have only been pleasant even when I have to reschedule or call to ask about charges or insurance.
I highly recommend Dr. Nieto. I only hope she doesn’t retire!

Have been with Dr. Nieto for 10 years and she has always been such a caring doctor! Now that she’s retired I can only hope the new doctor is as good!

Dr. Nieto is by far the best PCP I have ever had. For over 5 years now, I have trusted her with my health as well as my family. I have referred several people to her who agree that she is a wonderful dr. She has always taken her time with me and addresses all my concerns. What I like about her is she actually listens to me, pays attention and remembers my previous issues and always asks about them as well as my overall personal life. She does not push medication that is not needed like some I have had in the past, who just sends me on my way with several scripts that are not truly needed. If I am uncomfortable with a certain medication she recommends, she will find an alternative medication that I am more comfortable taking. Her staff is always nice, friendly and helpful (especially Betty, her main nurse). I feel it's a warm and family atmosphere. They make me feel welcomed and not just a patient. All calls, referrals, medication refills etc have always been fulfilled promptly. Most the same day. Without a doubt, I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a caring pcp to take care of them or their family.

Dr Nieto and her staff have been wonderful! This place was recommended to me by a friend and I have been going there ever since. Dr. Nieto is very personable and takes time to listen and explain in detail why she is making certain recommendations. Mary at the front has always been friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good PCP

Dr. Nieto is the best Dr. I’ve ever had. She’s the only one who has ever listened to me and actually investigates the issue/complaint.

I been a patient of Dr. Nieto- for over 10 yrs. Had reservations having a female Dr but she proved to be exceptional. Very caring and would spend time to hear your problems. Her staff is incompetent. Hope this new Dr is as good as Dr. Nieto.

The staff is incompetent. I tried cancelling an appointment and it was impossible to get through so they ended up charging me for a no show. I called to dispute which was a horrible experience since no one would call me back, tried constantly for weeks until I ended up paying it because the stress wasn't worth it.

This practice had a physician retire recently and the transition has been managed extremely poorly. My husband was started on a NEW medication which requires lab monitoring and follow up. His appointment was cancelled. Then rescheduled. Then cancelled. Now the office is stating they have no appointments available until January. You cannot make patients wait 5 months after starting a new medication. This practice essentially abandoned their patients.

We will be going elsewhere. This is negligence.

Dr. Nieto retired. The people that took over this office canceled my appointment and made no effort to notify me. My appointment was in December and they said they could reschedule me for February but they no longer do labwork.

I'm an existing patient of theirs and now suddenly the office will not answer calls from myself or pharmacy to refill prescriptions or return voicemail messages. When visiting in person they acknowledged they would refill only to find out the pharmacy hadn't received any request from this office. If you're on any life maintenance medications go to another office or risk skipping meds and impacting your health due to this locations severe negligence.
