Hills at Fair Oaks

Really helpful staff and good overall move-in experience. Christina was especially helpful to us in getting together everything we needed to make the process go smoothly. Apartments and grounds are nice and well kept especially considering the size of the complex. We're really happy with our new home and looking forward to our time here.

The staff at Hills at Fair Oaks are amazing. Christina has been so helpful and goes above and beyond. From the day we applied she has followed through and addresses things with a smile and enthusiasm to help, which is rare to find. If we need anything she gets it done! We can be needy tenants sometimes, wanting to add carports and garages and need some help explaining our water and trash bill, but they have not gotten impatient once. Christina handles everything impeccably. Our apartment is clean, quiet, and safe. We have only called maintenance once for a very small, minor issue and it was rectified the same day. We love our home here. Thank you Hills at Fair Oaks Staff! <3

The maintenance staff is great here. Jemlix and RJ were quick, knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very careful and respectful of my belongs when moving through my apartment with a large dryer they were installing! Thank you so much, I appreciate you guys!

Im in love with my new apartment! Glad I made the decision to live here at Hills at fair oaks. Christina is wonderful, very professional and informative. Answered all my questions and presented great options. The community is peaceful and beautiful!

I love my new home !! Christina is so welcoming and does everything she can do to help you in any way. Today I had my washer fixed by Jason and knew what the problem was and instantly got my washer going! I appreciate all the hard work yall do for the residents here at fair oaks.

We’ve always had a great experience living at the Hills at Fair Oaks. Maintenance is one big thing we look for in an apartment complex, and the maintenance staff never disappoints! More specifically, recently RJ helped us out with changing light bulbs that were out of reach for us. He showed up fairly quickly and was done in minutes! He was also super courteous and friendly.

I just wanted to add that on move in, I found just one issue, a handle on the microwave that was broken. Christina got a work order going right away, Jemlix from maintenance was quick to respond to the work order, get a replacement ordered, and had the new unit swapped out real fast. Hard to see how it could have been done better/faster!.

I just moved into unit 6108, at the Hills at Fair Oaks. I just wanted to say that the entire experience, every step of the way, has been fast, easy, and very effective, with a ton of different types of support.

First off, the Leasing Consultant Christina Foley was extremely helpful, from taking her time to show me the facility and the unit, to helping get the lease put together and signed, and to providing a very easy, yet thorough, onboarding / check in.

And she also was able to quickly answer any questions I had, and turn around setting up a carport and storage room real fast.

And I was very impressed with the automatic system to provide online checklists for all the activities needed for moving in, as well as links to the various organizations (utilities, internet, etc.). That all made moving in a lot easier.

And to top it all off, the facility has a bunch of amenities, and beautiful grounds, and everything looks very well maintained. I looked at about a dozen other options in the local area, and the Hills at Fair Oaks was in a different level (several family members who visited said it looks like a resort).

So thanks again to Christina for all the help, and Desi, who also made sure to offer any support that I might need, and am looking forward to living there.

We have lived at the complex for 5 years and have enjoyed our time here. We recently had a garbage disposal issue and Jemlix was very kind and efficient in replacing it for us. Thanks so much!

Maintenance is super quick, usually within a 24 hour period. I’ve mainly had Jemlix as the person I’m dealing with and he’s always really polite and professional.

Jason the maintenance guy was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable and he showed up super fast! The office staff has been really nice and helpful as well!

Head of maintenance Jemlix is a lifesaver. Our fridge wasn't working and he was able to get us a new one due to the necessary fix needed. My family appreciates your expertise. Thank you!

It’s a beautiful property and well maintained. The staff and maintenance are ultra professional and very courteous. Christina at the front office to Jemlix in maintenance. It’s almost like living at 5 star hotel.

Maintenance is awesome here. RJ and the team always go above and beyond to get whatever things I need done very quickly. They are the best!!

New management has been great! On top of any and all issues including quick attention to maintenance tickets. They even gave out backpacks for all the kiddos starting a new school year!

Jemlix maintenance worker was amazing and fixed everything that was needed he is very kind as well he is very skilled with his job I'm happy to have him as a worker here.

Our apartment had flooded in December and these wonderful people were so accommodating and helpful through the entire situation
They helped get us into a new apartment almost instantly and we're tremendously helpful through it all.
Maintenance comes whenever you need them too and the grounds of the apartment are incredible. People are quiet and too themselves but there's still a nice community here if you wanna partake in what they offer.
This is the first apartment I'm living in with my significant other and we are loving every minute of it.
