HEB San Antonio Distribution Center

I arrived at 2am and My app was for 5am received a door at 3. I'm now docked and just PATIENTLY WAITING to be unloaded NAP TIME. The security even blocked the yard jockeys from cutting me off while backing. Very sweet. Ty I'll come back here maybe depending on load

First time visit to this facility. Arrived within an hour of my appt, was checked in and advised to park on the street facing the facility, waited approx. 30 minutes for a door. Unload time was timely, although I'm unaware of any difference in priority dependant on what you're delivering. Reasonably simple to navigate complex to ones door assignment; be aware however that you'll need to drive through what appears to be a retired wash bay to make your way back out towards the exit. Staff were courteous and helpful with any questions. Overall, great experience! Will be happy to continue to provide service to this distributor!

I Came To Deliver A Load Of Yogurts, My Unloading Appointment, Was At 10am.I Checked In At 4:45am.I Got Called At 5:30am, To Backup To Door Dock, To Start Getting Unloaded.Very Respectful And Hard Working Employees.

Quick unloading checking with security they will take your phone number and call when dock is available can park on the street while you wait.

Don't be late for your appointment time!! They have a cutoff time!! My appointment was for 11am and arrived at 11:24am. Upon arrival, the guard at the shack/ gate, informed me that I barely made the cutoff time..... I'm assuming it must be 30min grace period....

Everyone was nice. In and out fairly quick.

Outstanding! 17:00 appointment, arrived @ 15:15. In a door @ 16:15. Paper work in hand and rolling @ 18:15. Everyone was happy and Friendly today. Good job H.E.B.

Dark place...raining hard....but it's okay..nice people.

Checked in at 6:30 for 7:00 appt after going to the “old” gate. Whole computer system was down, go park and wait, 8:00 called in. Out at 1045. Impressed they got everything up and running quickly considering the 5:00 appts were still sitting outside the gate when I checked in. A little tight getting into a door but I’ve been in far worse places. See pick for new check in gate. It’s a lot nicer and easier to get to vs the old. Kuddos HEB

I came here to deliver load from KC Dallas. Went in early and checked in with guard shack at end of road, got to staging area and parked. Slept most of the day and was called when ready to unload. My experience here was good, would definitely come deliver here again!

Can't wait to get back to work! I LOVE my job.

My appnt was @ 0600. I arrived in overflow lot at 0530 and was given a door. Was unloaded by 0615. Pretty good in my favor, despite other reviews; but I would arrive early. Lot is tight so be careful!

Clear directions.
Check in at address : I35 nb industry park dr.
410 exit 30 takes you there. N on access road use slip lane to go where the trucks park by shoulders.
Drive in to gate, check in.
***turn around***
go park on street.
Wait for call.

During construction: after call go to 5641 business park.
Drive north to Rittman Rd.
Turn R.
Go to Second Light.
Turn R
The Gate is illuminated, yellow poles, caution busy area.
After receiving blue slip at gate, go to door.
Check in after docking, at receiving.

Be Patient Friend, bring snacks.

Unloaded our trailer on 1-03-16
In less than 1/2 hour. I give them the highest rating possible.
Good job HEB.
If all receivers were as good as this place, the price of groceries might come down.

Best to deliver but you have to go to the north gate to stage

A Great place to load & Super nice staff. Do not show up earlier than 2 hrs before app and No Overnight Parking.

This one driver he is very nice guy... I m come in san antonio texas... I a m truck driver... I m trouble in parking spot.. HEB TRUCK drive he come out and help for me.. I dont knw whts the name guy... He wearing cap... Thanku men.. I pick up the load sterling foods... Here to california...
