Mission City Indian was absolutely awesome! The experience at this dealership was top notch. Christina, Hector, Jeremy, Garrett, and the service technician ( Omar I believe) were great people. Very down to earth, willing to answer all questions, very patient, and customer service was amazing! Can not express how happy I am with my new 2022 Chieftain Dark Horse.

We have had a fantastic experience in dealing with all the folks at Mission City Indian from Sales to Service and in Accessories. We took the chance in travelling down to Boerne from further up in Hill Country when looking for the right bike and price and are very glad we did. It is a very different store and vibe than it's sister in Austin, if nothing else based on the fact that it has been in business 7 years longer. My wife was particularly comfortable with the whole experience and really enjoyed all the personal attention and caring that Christina and her people showed throughout the process. Our Roadmaster is fantastic, everything promised was delivered, and we couldn't be happier.

I continue to work with dealership for all my needs and even purchased a second bike, a Sport Chief, from them as well. Definitely worth the drive for me.

I've visited the store several times during my trips to Austin and San Antonio. This is a great shop with a wonderful selection of bikes and just an overall fun place to stop and take a look around. Management and the sales staff were fantastic and very helpful, no pressure. They went the extra mile in assisting me on building my own personalized Indian. I appreciate businesses like these and will definitely get my next bike there without question. A+

Buying during this pandemic has been quite the adjustment for everyone, but Mission City got things figured out pretty quickly to continue to serve their customers. The entire process from first contact, to negotiations, to delivery were excellent. They are VERY fair in their prices and did a great job to make sure i was happy with everything. Kudos to Christina for taking the time to answer all of my many questions, and making the process as smooth as possible for me

I walked into Mission City after a day at Six Flags with my GF and her kids. I was greeted extremely professionally and Travis asked great questions to find out what I really wanted. I was really skeptical that they could find the bike I wanted since I had been told at another dealer that they could not. 20 minutes later I was surprised when they said that they found my Scout in the color and options that I wanted. They made everything so easy, I was in and out in an hour and a half and even after the shop closed for the day, they still hung out with me making sure everything was perfect on the deal.

I picked it up the next week and it went smooth and great. Met the parts and service managers that would be interacting with me about my new Scout. Great trade in value on my Shadow made the whole experience super smooth and a overall great experience. I cannot say a bad thing about it and had a wonderful experience!

Great dealership to work with....Bent over backwards to insure that I was taken care of. Had an issue with my 2020 Indian Challenger, the dealership made the necessary steps to correct the issue and get me back on the road. I plan to visit this location often for services, gears, and other merchandise.

Great pre-owned inventory and friendly knowledgeable staff. They gave me a brand new tire on the 2012 Yamaha V-Star 1300, in order to drive it home.

Excellent experience purchasing a 2014 Harley from them. They took great care of me, and placed value on the customer experience. Travis, Christina, and Joe were patient, valued my time, and provided me one of my best bike purchase experiences in my riding career.

The staff was attentive, friendly and around if you needed any help. (I think the hardest decision to make was picking out some Rad appeal! They have a Great selection!)

As I came into San Antonio I stopped by to get my motorcycle checked on. The staff here at Mission City Indian wasted no time and took my bike to the back. Checked air pressure, oil, diagnostics was done to it and a few other things.
I asked if they could do an oil chance and within 30 minutes after the approval I had new oil, air filter and spark plugs. Update: I made my Chief purchase last Thursday! Christina made the financing process easy, painless, and super fast. I couldn't believe how quickly we were approved, way faster than any car process I've ever had. If I were to purchase another motorcycle, I wouldn't hesitate to come back and work with her again.

Adam helped me on the floor today, he's a great guy. If he didn't know an answer to a question, he was super quick to find me one. Christina is also amazing! I loved coming in today and working with them. The store was clean and the layout with all their bikes were great. We will be back soon to close our sale. I would definitely recommend these guys and gals if you're interested in an Indian.
