Mission Golf Cars – Boerne

I generally don’t have the time to post reviews, good or bad. But I purchased a new cart from Mission Golf Carte in Boerne. Over the past year, I’ve dealt with Paul to follow up on some manufacturing concerns. I hope folks take my review to heart when I say Paul and his team addressed my concerns each and every time I called. Never once were they anything other than professional and did everything they could to address any issues I had. Mind you, the product I bought was top of the line and the issues were no reflection of the brand as a whole. I will be needing carts in the future and will continue to use Mission Golf Carts, no question. A big thanks to the mechanics as well.

We had the best experience with Mission Golf Cars of Boerne and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone interested in a golf cart to start here. Paul and James provided the best customer service and never once did it feel like a sales pitch. They not only answered all our questions but also asked us questions to ensure the cart would be suitable for our need. We live in Bandera, and it was pointed out that we could not only use the cart on the golf course but could drive it into town. We are so happy, and it is due to PAUL and JAMES at Mission! Outstanding service! Paul from parts/sales and Andrew in the repair department are committed to exceeding expectations and stand behind their cars. I recently had a DC adapter plug not working and they immediately came out to the house to make the repair free of charge. As a military service member I respect this level of commitment and response, and recommend them to anyone with golf car needs.

Was in the market for a new roof for my cart. They had a good price, but even better customer service. Had a little issue with install related to the parts I was provided, but received a prompt no questions asked resolution. Will definitely use them in the future.

I restored an old EZGO TXT last year. It was a fun project, but when it was nearly completed the car quit running! I called Paul and he sent out a truck and trailer to pick it up. After thorough inspection it was determined the motor needed a good cleaning and new bearings and brushes. Mission did a terrific job of overhauling the motor. It looks and runs like new! I am a VERY happy customer!

Very professional and friendly. We bought a golf cart and I kept expecting them to ask for payment beforehand but they called me the day after it was delivered for my credit card number. If you like knowledgeable but low pressure salespeople this is the place.

Purchased a wonderful golf car in April of 2022. The sales Mgr was great, and we closed the deal. Later in the ownership experience is where issues arose. I live in Leakey and it's a hike to get to Beorne for service. A gentleman who is the service Mgr, Paul is not accommodating to work with. On more than one occasion he was unable to let me drop off and pick up the same day in order to not have to make 2 trips to Beorne from Leakey. I realize I'm not the only one needing service. It became a problem as time went on. I have since sold the EZGO golf car, and moved on. Is far as sales, Mission Golf Cars is great, the service side in particular is what would prevent me from ever purchasing from Mission in the future, nor could I endorse Mission to anyone.
