Upon entering the ER at this location, I received excellent customer service. The facility was immaculate, and the receptionist was exceptionally professional, swiftly ushering me to the back within minutes. I'm grateful for the staff's patience and professionalism. Not only is this location pristine and professional, but the entire team, including clinicians, nurses, and doctors, displayed kindness and professionalism, providing exceptional care and bedside manner. If you ever require emergency care in this area, I highly recommend this location for its respectful and efficient service.

Prestige is the best Urgent Care we’ve ever been to! The staff is so nice, it’s meticulously clean and we are always treated so well. They get you signed in and in a room quick. The staff has always been knowledgeable no matter what we have been there for. Highly recommend to anyone needing an all in one urgent care.

We always had a great experience. Staff is so friendly and kind. This last visit however was the best so far. We had RN Yancy Walsh and FNP-C Chelsea Thomas. Both women were exceptional with my son. No kiddo likes to go to the doctor but on the way home he shared how even though he was sick he liked the two doctors he met today. Thank you to these two kind doctors who made it a point to make a connection with my child during his visit.

This emergency room will take care of you and will handle your situation fast and efficiently. They took me in right away and started to diagnose my problem immediately. Very comfortable hospital setting this place is great. Although I have had some issues with this place in the past. Employees who care about your needs can definitely change your perspective. This was my first time using an Independent ER. The attending nurse and the Dr. were prompt and effiecient. Great bedside manners and they made me feel very at ease. I had questions for both and i felt their responses were not the canned responses i usually get.Thank you.

First time visiting all the staff and doctor were super helpful professional. Easy to get signed in and most of all I was out within 45 minutes. Definitely recommend this location.

The Nurse at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. The initial registration went very fast and it took less than 10 minutes to go in to my room. I was greeted by another staff nurse who checked me out n got me situated plus draw my blood. Minutes later I was taken to get a ct scan n then waited a few minutes for the doctor to see me n give me the results of the scan n labs. The entire process from beginning to end took about an hour.

Took care of me the best they could and gave me scans I needed in a timely manner. Staff was wonderful and worked together as a team, which made the experience that much better. 5 stars all the way. Thank you, to everyone at Prestige.

I was a walk in and only waited 10 minutes to be taken to a room. Everyone, including the girl at the front desk, was very friendly. The facility is clean and comfortable. I was treated and they sent my prescription directly to my pharmacy. Definitely recommend.

Went into Prestige ER for the 1st time front desk lady was extremely nice and very helpful. Got called to back in less then 5 min nurse and Dr very nice and very helpful was seen immediately and everything was explained very thoroughly and they ensured that I understood everything being explained to me. I will recommend this facility to anyone and will continue to use in the future.

35 minutes. Amazing service. Everyone was proficient and friendly. Doctor walked into the exam room before I even had a chance to finish the paperwork. Great experience. Thank you for saving my son. Well, it was just strep throat; but still, very pleased.

The care and speediness of this ER are top notch. The staff are well prepared and trained. Immediately diagnosed I had the Flu, gave me treatment and sent me home with instructions.

Most ERs cause frustration from waiting, this isn’t that. Go here.

Dr. Arnett, the nurse Mark, and the entire staff from start to finish were wonderful. We were self-pay (no insurance) and they were very communicative about up front costs, billing, and the breakdown of services. They were all very patient, thorough, and kind. I’ve had nightmare ER visits and this was one of the best experiences of our lives getting quality healthcare. They ran appropriate tests, prescribed meds that are helping a lot, and gave us all the information we needed. I can’t think of a thing they could have done better. Thank you to everyone who helped us today. You are appreciated more than you know.

As a Healthcare provider, I am expected to deliver quality patient care everyday. The staff at Prestige ER are truly experts in the field of Emergency Medicine. My RN Jennifer Lara was very professional, polite, and very caring to my needs. The Physician by the name of Adrian Arnett MD, was very thorough, adept, knowledgeable, and exact in his care for my medical treatment. I would expect no less from medical professionals, but the Prestige staff go above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely go back for any further emergent care for me or my family. They were very fast and I appreciate everything they did for me. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend, just like my friends that recommended them did. Highly satisfied, give these guys and gals a raise asap!!!

Staff are very caring and understanding. No wait. Had no insurance and the cost was minimal. They explain everything along the way. Took good care. Very clean and organized.

I can’t say enough great things about Prestige Emergency Room on 1604 and Potranco. Everyone there was so nice and knowledgeable! They got me in, did blood work, and a CT scan all within less than an hour!! Best emergency room visit by far!!

Dr. Arnett is the best doctor here at Prestige ER. Me and my boyfriend have had the unfortunate experience of each needing to go to the emergency room for different reasons in the past 2 weeks. I recently went for worsening flu symptoms and Dr. Arnett was my doctor after having been my boyfriend's doctor 2 weeks prior. Each time he has displayed the very best knowledge in medicine and explained his thought process in a way we could understand. He is very compassionate and has excellent bedside manners. His demeanor is very down to earth and calm. I do wish that he could be my primary doctor! If I do have to go back to Prestige ER I am requesting Dr. Arnett to be my doctor if possible. But to be honest all of the staff we've encountered at Prestige are very kind and professional. We've always been very satisfied leaving here from everyone we encountered at reception, to the attending nurse, to the doctor, and everyone in between!
