Santex roofing was amazing. Crew was very fast and efficient. They kept everything very clean and didn’t even find one nail after the install. Alonso walked us through the entire process. Amazing experience. I would recommend using Santex roofing to all my friends. 5 Stars for sure.

A few months back our roof sustained hail damage. I called Santex Roofing and Alonso was quick to respond. He came out to my house a few days later and provided me with an estimate. After speaking and meeting with several other roofing companies, Santex was the winner! Their communication and service is unmatched. Alonso helped us to understand everything our insurance company sent us and made working together a breeze. The Santex crew is leaps and bounds ahead of any other roofing company I've worked with in the past. Their craftmanship and attention to detail, in my opinion, should be the new industry standard. The skill displayed from start to finish was astounding. Alonso and his crew of experts had our roof done in less than a day! The quality of the products Santex uses is exceptional, which should come as no surprise given the pride they take in everything they do. Absolute best experience I’ve had with a home repair. The customer service and communication was top notch. The crew was early and worked hard, the attention to detail was extraordinary; from the prep, to demo, to install, to cleanup. Alonso is professional and courteous and also personable. Very prompt with responses and great detail in roof inspection reports with honest opinion of priority whether repair or replacement. Open to working with pre purchase home roof inspections on quick notice and follows up with genuine interest on how the purchase is progressing, even if roof repair/replacement is not needed. Understands home ownership and the thought that goes into budgeting and prioritizing all those aspects. Highly recommended!

Santex Roofing did our roof two years ago and they did an excellent job. We had a squirrel damage our roof and Alonso came by and did the repairs without any extra charges. While he was repairing the damage the squirrel did, he brought in my trash can from the street. He knew i was ill and couldn't do it myself that day. Thank you Santex Roofing for the exta things you do to make it right. It's good to know who to call for our roofing needs.

We used SANTEX to replace our roof several years ago and when my Mother-in-law needed her roof replaced my wife immediately contacted SANTEX. They are extremely responsive, transparent, prompt, and courteous. Most importantly, their workmanship is top notch! They completed the roof and skylight replacements as well as replaced some rotted roof decking and properly reflashed areas that needed it all in the same day! They cleaned up that same evening. We are very satisfied with their work and SANTEX will be the only roofing company we will recommend to anyone.

Santex Roofing is the best in San Antonio, TX.. Alonzo came by and gave me a free inspection of my roof even though the roof was installed two years ago.. He is very honest and caring of his customers.. I would highly recommend this roofer for all future projects..

Can't say enough good things about Alonso and his team! Alonso went above and beyond with our roof, making sure I found the color that I wanted that would work with our house and was always very responsive to any questions I had. The price was really fair and he went out of his way to explain things to our adjuster as well which was super helpful. His team was amazing!! They worked together so well and completed our house and our carport roof so quickly, I was amazed at how beautiful it turned out and they actually left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived! Super appreciative to Alonso and his team and definitely highly recommend them!!

I got the runaround from another company last year, even lost some money on the deal.

I should have called Santex from day 1. They did the roof replacement in one day while I was out at work. They even installed some static roof vents and replaced some plywood.

Great work, helped walk me through the insurance process and get a beautiful roof. They also helped upgrade my roof with ridge vents and other vents to help with ventilation. Even the color recommendation was spot on! I highly recommend calling them for roofing needs and support a local SA company.

Excellent company with top notch service. While one of the owners was on our roof performing an inspection, he noticed some of our shingles were missing.
