Big shout out to John! His customer service is above and beyond! Our business is moving locations and we needed to store some things temporarily. We had a VERY quick deadline and John worked with us and made it happen all in a single days time. Prices are very reasonable compared to competitors in the area. Highly recommended this location!

The property manager, John, was phenomenal. He called me within minutes after completing the online application. He gave me all the necessary details, helped with programming an easier gate access code, and provided information about the specific storage unit. His friendly, personal and sociable attitude put a smile on my face. After my wife arrived there and loaded the storage unit, she called me to tell me how helpful and great John was. Nice to see someone who takes pride in his job.

My bf and I needed a unit while we were in the process of buying a house. The prices just didn’t seem real due to it being considerably cheaper than other storage places around. We decided to go in and take look. The manager john was so extremely nice and helpful. He showed us different units and told us about discounts they offer as well. He also told us about some areas in town to look for houses. Just an all around great experience and needless to say we definitely rent from them and the pricing was in fact very real! 😂

We rented a unit from Storage King and John got us into a unit within a half hour. We constantly see John around the property and he is always a pleasure to talk to.

John was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. He not only showed me the different sizes of storage units, but he also made the entire process easy. Additionally, the facility offers automatic payment which is great, as I don't have to worry about visiting the place every month to pay via check. The units were delivered clean and all the available space was tidy. The neighbors were also very accommodating, and the storage facility has never faced any issues. I highly recommend John and this storage facility to anyone who needs to store their belongings. Thank you, John!

Mr. John, the manager on site, is absolutely wonderful! I got there 10 minutes prior to closing yet he was patient enough to deal with me. On top of that the storage facility I was issued is by far one of the best I’ve had. It has electricity and smelt clean. No roach dropping smell or any of that! Definitely worth it!

The manager John is really amazing. The unit was very clean and every time I visited John was there to help. I felt like my belongings were safe under his watch and the gates added extra security. If I need a unit again I will definitely call John first.

Left my car in a parking space here to travel outside of the country and felt like I left it in great hands with John the manager. His old school, hands on customer service reminds me that there are still people out there who will do everything they can to help you. The company itself also seems pretty proactive with upgrading security procedures as needed.

The site manager John really went above and beyond for me I had countless life changing events happen and this man helped me and saved me from loosing everything I own.. he didn't have to be could have gotten rid of me at anytime but no he stood strong and helped me from a dark place...
