By far the best interaction I've had, with any storage rental place. Staff was very friendly, very respectful, answered all my questions. I believe the employee that help me was named Jared I believe . I may be wrong , either way . The process was smooth, quick. Let me see my unit before signing . So I could actually see if it would fit me. Overall excellent experience. 10/10 .

My family and I just went last week and got a storage unit here. Lisa was very great with helping us and explained everything to us and made sure we knew about everything they offer here. She was very kind and patient with us and she didn't rush us out of there even though we ended up staying to fill out paper after closing time. I highly recommend this place for storage and the inside where the units are is very nice and really easy to navigate to the unit.

Just got a unit here last week, and so far, I am very pleased. The price was great, and the manager, Lisa, was very helpful and considerate of my time. The facility is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this storage company.

I don't write reviews often, but I feel this place really deserved it. The manager, Lisa, is very friendly and competent, but also patient and not at all pushy. I moved from out of state, and wasn't sure when the moving truck would arrive, so she encouraged me to just make a reservation instead of starting the rent before I needed it. I had to change the move-in date multiple times for various reasons and she never showed a hint of annoyance, and I'm very sensitive to that sort of thing. I've had to rent storage many times in the past and I've often experienced difficulty getting in touch with staff or low-key frustration / hostility because I have difficulty figuring out how things like these work sometimes. Lisa made me feel welcome and comfortable - like this is MY storage space. (She also got me a unit perfect for needs, and I'm very grateful for that.) This alone would've sold me, but the condition of the facility is spectacular. I could've gone to storage places closer to me, but they looked unkempt and unmanaged. This place is incredibly clean and well maintained; the grass is mowed, the trash cans are serviceable and emptied. Down to the little details, it feels secure, clean, and welcoming. I sincerely endorse it.

Lisa has been amazing with assisting me. I moved storage units from one that was getting broken into alot. This facility is extremely clean. I had a 10x10 from another move and have never had issues.

I have had the best experience with Blue Sky Self storage on 1604 & Marbach area. Lisa is wonderful she went out of her way to show us around, helped us make the best decision on our unit. She is very knowledgeable and even though it was almost closing time she greeted us with a smile. I recommend Blue Sky Self Storage come and see Lisa she is awesome.
