The professional care and treatment that I have received at Healing Hands Family Care has been consistent every time I go. The entire staff is accommodating and welcoming. I never have to wait to get an appt. Inez King is, by far, one of the best medical professionals that I have ever seen. Not one time have I felt neglected, unheard, or misunderstood. I am so thankful for this practice and the services they provide. I know that I can call with a concern and walk out of the office with the confidence that I have been valued and taken care of.

After over 12 years with my primary care doctor, I made the move and haven’t looked back. I was tired of waiting hours in the waiting room to be seen - even with an appointment. After calling for an appointment for some concerning health issues and getting an appointment for 2 weeks later I decided to look. I am so glad I found Healing Hands Family Care - I was seen immediately and even had a home visit for follow-up! I’ve been going to Inez King for probably couple of years or more, Inez is amazing and every time I have a concern, she took her time with me and did all the labs and texting to rule out major issues.
I also bring my 81 year old dad to see her for COPD and she has taken really good care of him. My dad has this mindset that doctors only in it for the money, but he trusts Inez King and only wants her as his doctor.

Really enjoyed getting to know Dr. Inez King. She really took her time to go over everything with me. She was through with my history and labs and explained everything in detail. You can really tell she cares about you by talking to her. 10/10 recommend for a family doctor!

I can’t thank Inez King and the staff at Healing Hands Family Care enough for the care you have given me. You always take the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. You rarely find a provider that will go above and beyond to help their patients, but you and your staff does. If I could give a higher rating than 5 I would, in fact I will I give you 150. Cause I feel like your office gives 150 percent through their dedication and hard work to help keep patients healthy.

We have been looking for a primary care giver for a long time. We are so blessed to have found Healing Hands Family Care because of a Facebook friend's post. My husband felt miserable yesterday. I called the office at 8:30, and got an appointment for 10:00! Without being an established patient, he was given an appointment! We really appreciate the level of care and service he recieved. I went there two days ago feeling very sick and the doctor was so helpful and so lovely. However I was in the next room where there was another patient yelling and screaming and being so rude to the doctor we sat there dumbfounded at the way this man was treating this doctor. He also wrote a negative review but he was the one that was very nasty when she came in she was still so very professional and kind even knowing what we heard in the other room where she was continually being berated. She is an amazing doctor and helped me get on my way with my healing. Thank you so much

I am so happy have been looking for a family physician for months now and i finally found one that really cares about your health and mind wellness even though i spent a long time to get on a great health plan to make me feel better it was worth ever minute if anyone is looking for a family physician you need to look no further bc Mrs King is the best it reminds me of my old doc Mr Dan Ramsey god rest his soul oh and the front desk is amazing and so nice i think i am going to my friends and family if looking for a family physician i am going send them yalls way. The Health Care I've received is astonishing! I took a chance 5 months ago in seeking another doctor regarding my health. This was bold of me as I'm generally pretty loyal to business relationships I've established; however, my health concerns continued to rise and I new I needed to do something sooner rather than later as my doctor's office (and I did have a great facility with great doctors at the time) could not pinpoint the issues I was having; rather, suggest issues and medicate or treat the immediate symptoms.

Mrs. Inez King and her office personnel welcomed me as if I was a family member! She was thorough in evaluating my health conditions and concerns. Mrs. King took the time to read a slew of lab results she ordered for me and educated me on how my body was functioning, what was lacking and/or changing as I age, and how I was responding to everything including food consumption. She answered all my questions and did not rush me out. For the first time that I can recall, I understood what was the underlying reasons (and there were multiple reasons) fueling the symptoms and health decline.

As a result, just in 5 months, my health has been better than it's been in the last 10 years. I've shed 35 lbs, my work performance is better, sleep is better, assuming thyroid is functioning optimally, and more.

In addition, I sent my 24 year old son to her because I felt he would possibly relate with her. I had been concerned with his health for quite some time as I saw my son, who is a programmer for a firm and computer addicted when not working, gain a ton of weight and illustrate some depressive behaviors. I just knew it was going to be a matter of time before he developed health issues he may not be able to recover easily from. My heart gleamed as I heard from him how well he related to the office staff and Mrs. King. His health and attitude as well as self-esteem has greatly improved. He has also has lost significant weight and has on his own, reached out to a gym to continue his journey towards health and wellness. He actually recently reached out spontaneously on his own to Mrs. King and her staff independently with a small health concern and was welcomed immediately.

Additionally, I've seen high school students and college students taken under their wings while they educate and practice on their futures. The care for individuals, families and the community in general is above and beyond with this company. HIGHLY recommend Mrs. King for your health care!

Awesome experience! The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant! The provider was very detailed and thorough explaining everything. I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment. Glad to finally find a provider that understands my needs!
