It was on the market 7 days then their loan failed then he went at it again and it fell thru, but he was inspiring, stuck with it and Here We are Happy with Josh he truly strikes a chord in our Hearts! Tonya was absolutely AMAZING to work with! We definitely were not a couple on the same page when it came to what we were looking for, and Tonya was so patient and understanding! She never made me feel like we were inconveniencing her at any point in time. She even took time during her vacation to help us. (Along with her husband running to meet for a final walkthrough since she was gone/He himself had literally JUST come back from a camping trip as well, and I’m sure was exhausted!). I know she would have of course been there, but I’m impatient... and pushed the lending process! (So she couldn’t have made it!) I can honestly say that without her, I don’t think I could have felt as comfortable as I did in purchasing our first home here in Texas! We will definitely be using her for our future land needs, and will HIGHLY recommend her (and Toby) to anyone we meet looking for a home!
I would also like to add that Tonya left an absolutely amazing housewarming gift for not just myself and my husband, but for my kids as well! And based on what she left, I know she paid close attention to everything. (Not JUST business.... she focused on our family!) There are literally not enough words to express how amazing Tonya was to work with. And not just as a realtor, but an amazing person with an amazing heart that has a genuine passion for finding families their forever home!
