B.B. Owen Park

A nice and green park for quick walk and playing disc golf.
There are 2 parking spots. The disc golf course is extensive and spots are located in fun places.
Also good for casual walk or jogging. The walking path is really wide.
There is also a basketball court. There are few bbq grill spots.
There is no kid’s playground though.

I like playing disc golf here. It's open and very wide. The holes are mostly straight forward with the exception of one or two. Lots of walking here and a few water hazards. Be careful of snakes and enjoy the views!

Nice course, can be hard even for the easy holes..the hard ones are really hard and they are set up for you to.lose yourd disk if u can't play like me lol that said had a blast at this course !

Great spacious park! Disc golf course was pretty massive and easy to navigate!

It's a park man! Primarily a walking trail and a disc golf course. It's a little noisy around the front 8 but it's better on the back 9. Very open in some areas with minimal shade for some tees and fairways. Leads to nice easy shots but, you'll wanna bring an umbrella for shade in the summer and a jack for the wind in winter.

Great well maintained disc golf course. Had a blast playing here with my good friend. Recommend for beginners and seasoned players alike!

Very fun course. A little muddy, but ya know it's that time of year.

This park in a gem. Much needed relaxing spot tucked away behind the hustle of the 635 nightmare. Easy to get to. Ample parking with 2 lighted lots and port-o-potty for those in need. Several convenience stores across the way. As well as, tai food, gourmet pizza, habachi style grill and a upscale car wash/detailing that could be easily utilized while you play a round or two.

This course was well layed out! Great use of land with fantastic mix of open and wooded holes. Played in 25mph winds and boy did that make it challenging. UDisc worked great to guide us through the course.

BB Owen park is the best place to play disc golf in Dallas. It’s got the first 9 holes to warm up on. They are open and full sun to just rip it! Great for beginners. The rest of the hole’s are more finesse and technical. It’s got a little of everything to make it fun. Plenty of trash cans and benches to relax and take in the nature. Because of the city creek that runs through middle of the park, you can relieve your self, and have a toke. If your in to that stuff. Half way through the game, your back at your car, in case you need more refreshments…. Bonus if you are just having a lot of fun. Not kidding. The regulars out there are so nice, and always have a pointer to show you how they attack the hole.
People in Dallas can be a little much. You would never know it when you visit BB OWEN.

Great park for disc golf. Very well set up and maintained. Does retain water though so can be pretty muddy for a while after some rain

Excellent Disc Golf course, it's 23 holes so come prepared. And keep a heads up for others throwing. There are a few holes that cross each other. Other then that, solid course. Respect for all that tree love has done for the course. 🤘🏼

I love the paved walking path and all the trees. Watch out for discs though!! Nice park. GoLink available to/from white rock station.

This course, drys out pretty good after it rains.

Great heritage course with a good variety of tee shots. The blend of both technical and big arm play for both right and left handed players makes this course eternally challenging. Good local management keeps it fresh with multiple basket locations and a few hidden secrets ;)

Best park to learn how to play disc golf. Very open not many trees are in play. But the course has some hole that really let you open up your arm and use full power.

One of my all time favorite disc golf courses in Dallas, Texas! The course is flat and has a small creek, but the holes are not over water. This is a fun course to play with friends and a good beginner course. The park is also nice to walk through and enjoy the tree line and vegetation.
