Kroger

They added a new feature to the store which is a scan and go, kind of reminds me of Amazon store. The workers are friendly and patient to explain what new items are added to the store. Everything is easy to locate and put in your basket.
I've seen the store as a kid and as I have gotten older, seen it completely remodeled.

Jacqueline is the sweetest and helped us out tremendously during check out. GIVE HER A RAISE

02/01/2024. No doubt prices went up tremendously. If anybody denies this, it just shows u that person never go grocery shopping or they are born w/ silver spoon that they don't feel the pinch of the how expensive the basic necessity in life - food.

But with Kroger, they constantly have good sales. Practice frugality & smart business by catching sales. U can extend the value of one $.

The staff at this store are exceptional. Steven in the deli department was super friendly even with a long line of customers. The cashiers and baggers are also kind and friendly, while also being amazingly efficient. It is a smaller and older store, but the staff make it my favorite one around. Thanks for feeding my family!

I love this Kroger the staff here are amazing Mr.Jeff a pleasure to see always have a smile on his face and Mr. Torrance he is so kindest person I always look but hard to see them when I come grocery shopping there and plus y’all have everything that I need. Thank you for providing great customer service.

5 stars to Tawny, who works as a cashier at this location. I was checking out in Tawny’s lane and my 4 month old baby was having a really hard time. Big time. Her lane was the only one open other than self checkout and there were multiple shoppers behind me waiting to check out. I had my hands very full comforting my baby and Tawny called multiple times to get me help to bag up my groceries and them out to my car. Nobody was available. Without blinking, Tawny told me to not worry about it, keep comforting my baby, loaded up my cart, walked with me to the car and loaded it in for me. She apologized to the shoppers behind me and said she would be right back. And told her other busy coworkers on our way out that she had to go to help me and didn’t have a choice. But she did have a choice- and she chose to help me. Thank you, Tawny! You saved our morning!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a cookie cake for my daughter's 20th birthday. The bakery associate was so sweet and kind. My cookie cake was beautiful and ready as promised. It also tastes amazing! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday extra special.

I wanted to send a big thank you to the sweetest man that was working in the produce section. His name was Oreo and he was very helpful to me and my friend. He had the most uplifting spirit and said something very meaningful to me. Thank you, Oreo!

The pharmacy is wonderful and the staff are friendly. My only complaint is if there is an issue with a prescription, they don't call the patient. They will try to contact the doctor and wait for a response, but the patient is not in the loop. Many doctors are hard to get in touch with and require persistence, which the patient could assist with if they know what's going on.

Tiffany, the girl who closes the checkout area frequently, is ALWAYS so pleasant and so helpful and always remember me and my husband.
She's a great asset to your team and really knows how to make her customers feel special!

This Kroger is ok and convenient as i live in the area. My only problem is with the parking lot. I’m not sure what happens but as soon as people enter the parking lot they absolutely lose all sense of their driving abilities. I go out of my way to park very far from the front part of the store because these people will happily kill you with their vehicle.

We moved our prescriptions from CVS to the Krogers on Northwest Hwy at the corner of Plano Rd and couldn't be happier about the move. I have never experienced the level of respect, friendliness, and speed that you get from this Krogers pharmacy. Jennifer and Eugene have helped me the most and they are funny and remember you like you're an old friend. I usually prefer drive thru pharmacies but this one is WELL WORTH taking the time to go inside. As for the rest of the store? Also amazing! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've never had any trouble finding help when needed and rarely stand in line for long. Cashiers are fast and friendly too. There are closer stores, but this is my preferred place to go. They are smooth with the online order where you park and they bring you your groceries too. I just can't say enough good about this store. I've lived here 3 years now and Ive never had a bad experience there. If corporate reads this, please give this store some kind of bonus! They deserve it.

This store is well kept, and the staff actually have a pulse, which makes it lively. Plus the prearranged food donation bags make it easy to help the hungry. Bless those who are in need.

I just wanted to rave about Gabby at this Kroger's bakery. She's got an eye for detail and is quick and talented with birthday cakes! She helped me pull a last minute cake design together! Thanks, Gabby!

I ❤❤❤❤❤ this Kroger for every reason possible. It's very clean, I'm always greeted at the door, the employee's are very helpful and friendly and the meat department is so clean, I Love this Kroger so much I go every day. The only place I shop.

I've worked at shopped at all Kroger stores for years. They're head and shoulders above the competition. There good stores and some with more opportunities but the process by which they conduct business is the most customer centric and the benefits and opportunities they provide to employees makes it the wiser choice.
