The 7-11 on Walnut Hill @ Plano Rd. Is the best!!
I can always find freshly brewed Iced Tea, not from a concentrate in a pump. I have never found any out-of-date or sale expired items so you can tell that whoever manages this store cares about accuracy and freshness. Although it is an inconvenience to drive around the fuel pumps being replaced and improved, the smiles and welcomes I receive when I come into the store make it all worthwhile.

I am so glad that I live within walking distance to this 711. I get the best customer service and they always have vuse pods. The other 2 near me are the worst 711's I have ever used and will never go back. Especially the one at Jupiter and 635. That night employee is the rudest hoodlem and I can't believe 711 would even hire someone like this. It's good to know some franchises are still being ran by decent people these days. My only complaint about this one nearest my house is that the ATM was stolen months ago by smash and grab and they still have not gotten a replacement. They finally repaired all the broken windows and took down the plywood but still not the ATM. Very inconvenient and I hope they will do something about this soon.

It’s a very good place to buy a cool and cold drink after a tiring day at school.

I've been a frequent customer for many years. The manager is friendly and remembers his regulars. It's like every other 7-eleven out there. Older store though.

The worker walking around the store immediately very aggressively tried to help us the second we stepped into an area telling us things we could either see ourselves or didn't need to know. As we tried to look around and see what was available or that we wanted he continued to tell us things we didn't ask. After I had gotten what I needed he immediately pointed Right In Front Of My face and loudly told me where the lids were (right in front of my face and I had already looked exactly at them when he pointed) and I tried to tell him that wasn't what I was looking for and he repeated that that was were they were. I said again, that's NOT what I wanted and he finally backed off, but continued badgering my partner repeating things and not letting him look at anything without explaining it. We felt very uncomfortable and I personally felt belittled and anxious with how he pointed in my face to show me something right in front of me. There were also a lot of flies flying around and landing on us. Very poor experience here.

Terrible service! The cashier wouldn’t even open the door for me. I tried pushing the button and knocking the door to get his attention and he glanced at me and went back to looking at his phone. Won’t be coming back to this place anymore!

Go down the street to Walnut Hill and Audelia. This one is run down and the staff is rude. Not much selection

According to the staff at this 7-11 there is a nationwide shortage of sleeves for hot beverages. I noticed there were no sleeves at the hot beverage counter and used a second cup because the drink was hot. I was told that If i wanted to get a second cup for my hot beverage I would have to pay for the second cup. I asked if there were any sleeves I could use and was told that there were none and I was out of luck.

I walked into the store tonight with my service dog minding my own business when the manager approached me verbally bashing me for my service dog. Telling me that I couldnt have her in the store with me he then continued to question me on what i was purchasing and asking me how could i buy certain items. Let me tell you first of all it is illegal to question someone about their service animal and what their job is. Second unless it states on my id/dl that i am not able to buy certain items i have just as much right as everyone else to buy whatever whenever i want without question as long as i am old enough and with proper identification. I politely let this said person know that it is illegal for him to question me like that and the other cashier told him to be quiet, further more i let him know thatd id be happy to call the authorities and let them tell him which way is up.
