u-save car sales

/Alberetta (sorry if i misspelled your name) was a great salesperson and worked with my wifes budget. They helped us get into a car for very low down and low apr rate. the experience was 10/10. We were desperately looking for a car and u-save car sales helped us get into a beautiful car within the means of our budget and with very low mileage. The process was very straightforward and informative

Where do I begin... I bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from U-Save Auto. I fell in love with it on the test drive, as it is a very smooth ride. I decided to pull the trigger as my wife and I needed a larger family vehicle and it was listed at a very good price. My sales lady, Alberetta, was very nice and let us come to her when we were ready (not pushy, like most car sales employees).

After about 3 days of owning the vehicle, it wouldn't start. I called them and they were very nice about bringing it in to get it repaired. I jumped the vehicle and brought it back. They changed out the alternator for me and I was on my way. about 3 days later, the A/C decided to crap the bed. I again called and they simply said, bring it by and we'll check it out. I brought the vehicle back and they were able to get it all resolved for me within the week (bad Relay).

The alternator and relay are unknowns and can go at any point whether new or used so I was very appreciative of the help and understood it could happen to anyone. Charles was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. He had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. It's been about a month of having it home and it's been running smooth and has had no problems.

I would highly recommend this company for buying a vehicle. U-Save Auto has been very helpful and they have great pricing on vehicles. I will be coming back at some point to purchase a new 2nd vehicle.

I have some credit issues and I have been all over the city but to no avail. If I could I would give this place 10 stars! The best people I have ever delt with, take my advice you won't find better, I'm so grateful. They were awesome.
