We used Metro yesterday for our move and could not be happier with the service! Scheduling was easy, the crew was friendly and they finished the job in exactly the amount of time they quoted. There was a small communication error on our end, and the owner was very quick to respond despite it being our mistake. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I've used Metro 4 times now to move myself and various family members. They have shown up every time within the window provided. On 3 of the 4 moves they had more than 2 movers. Overall satisfied with the pace of the moves and quality of work performed. On the last move , there was a misunderstanding on pricing and the owner gave in on the issue and did not have to from a contractual standpoint. It says a lot about their business practices when they are willing to give up profit to keep a customer happy. Overall very satisfied with the service I've received and will continue to use Metro.

Professional, efficient and reasonable price. A team with three people came on time. They collaborated with each other and worked efficiently. I moved some furniture's and appliances. The whole moving only took 3 hours including 1 hour driving. Thank you for the great service.
