Bought my mattress in March from Liz and customer service was outstanding. We bought a firm mattress and our mattress 5 months later still feels brand new! I absolutely love this Queen 12 inch memory foam mattress and my new headboard. I also bought a new box spring for my bedroom and I could not be happier with my purchase. My delivery time was at 3 pm and they were on time and very professional with bringing my stuff inside the house. They explained to me how you are supposed to set up the headboard I thank them offered them some water and said thank you they were grateful for the water and I went ahead and put the headboard together and it looks fantastic. Thank to Jill for coming through for me.
