It is hard to put into words just how amazing our experience with AL-CO Metal Roofing was. We started our home build 3 years ago and it was such a tall task to research and determine which contractors we would use for our build. We first met with Chuck and Stacie at the Home and Garden Show and, we knew right away these were great people. Their product knowledge was unmatched, and you would be hard pressed to find more personable and just genuinely great people. During our initial conversation we were fortunate to meet several previous AL-CO Metal Roofing customers; hearing their testimonials and seeing how genuinely happy they were with their roof made it an easy decision to work with Chuck and Stacie. Throughout the duration of our home build, Chuck and Stacie were easy to reach/coordinate with, made several trips out to our property and always had an answer for all our questions. In addition to the professionalism of Chuck and Stacie, the crew members assigned to completing our roof project were awesome! We have lived in our home for 2.5 years and we absolutely love our roof. Having coordinated our home build ourselves and working directly with all of the contractors, I can say without a doubt that Chuck and Stacie at AL-CO Metal Roofing were hands down the best company to work with.

Our home in San Antonio had a beautiful metal roof that was battered last year by a very impressive hail storm. It left the roof with deep gouges and dents. We were aware of the highly recommended roofing company Alco Metal Roofing, and we contacted the owners Chuck and Stacie Roberts. We asked them whether they could look at our roof and tell us what they thought it would take to replace it. When they came over, we were so taken by their genuine kindness, and their knowledge and experience was abundantly apparent. But the most impressive thing about Chuck and Stacie was their integrity. We knew that we could trust them to do the work right and do it with skill. And we were not mistaken! Our roof was replaced on budget, on time, and was perfect. We could not have picked a better company or better people to work with.

AL-CO replaced our roof in Port Aransas TX after Hurricane Harvey. Chuck Roberts met the TWIA Inspector and accompanied him onto the roof pointing out damages and problems incurred from the Category 4 Hurricane. The Inspector agreed that we needed a new roof. Chuck oversaw the new roof install and the follow up. Because of Chuck’s knowledge and involvement, it was covered completely by insurance. We are most grateful for the professional service from Chuck and AL-CO. We highly recommend them.

Our home in NW San Antonio was devastated with the worst hail storm I have ever witnessed and our metal roof and siding had to be replaced. AL-CO Metal roofing was very responsive and patient with us during this time. They even took the burden of working with the insurance company which was a relief. The finale was exceptional and we gained good friends in the process.

I had my roof put on in the fall of 2016 and absolutely love it. It has made my house look so polished. With the new roof and it has made the house more energy efficient. The team that put on the roof was very professional and very clean. I have dogs and they made sure that the gate was always closed and nobody got out or hurt. They cleaned up after themselves and left no nails or trash around. I highly recommend getting a metal roof and using this company.

Chuck, the owner, was so helpful from the beginning to the day the roof was finished. Any questions were very promptly answered. The crew working on the house were, not only professional and very skilled, but respectful of our property. It was a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

After a huge hail storm we realized our 2 -year old aluminum shake metal roof was damaged. The previous installer company that had put the roof on was shabby and had been arrested for fraud so I called the manufacturer and they recommended AL-CO. Boy was that a GREAT recommendation. It was shocking how poorly the previous company had done and AL-CO did it right, straight and with amazing workmanship. We have a very complicated roof system with 3 types of roofing that needed tie-in. (Shake Shingle, Standing Seam and TPO) Chuck was attentive, professional, ontime always and had a craftsman team of installers who were perfectionists. Would recommend them to anyone.
