Sam was an exceptional real estate agent. I first began working with Sam two years ago when I was thinking of entering the market. At the time it didn't work out. Fast forward two years later, and I decided to look again.

I hit up Sam and he was super quick to respond and set up tours. Sam quickly understood my preferences and showed me the home I eventually closed on, on our first day of tours. Throughout the entire process, Sam and his team made the process super easy, almost too easy!

Sam was also exceptional with negotiations, from the offer, all the way through final repairs! He also gave me amazing advice when it cam to negotiating terms with my lender.

If I could give Sam more stars, I would. He’s great to work with and great at what he does, plus really goes above and beyond in making the home-buying processing easy. Beyond being good at all the expected agent things—being on top of market trends, advocating on our behalf, etc—Sam is just very passionate and knowledgeable about housing, from the high-level (i.e. policy) to low-level (i.e. construction quality, knowing the value of finishes, being able to spot structural issues). I’m a very risk-adverse person, and Sam spent hours walking through houses with me, pointing out every tiny detail that was or could conceivably become an issue. If you’re more of a fixer-upper person, Sam’s experienced in that area too, having DIYed his own houses, and explained to me what kind of work could be done, how hard it would be, and what it would cost. Finally,
I’ll mention that Sam did lots of little favors that made home buying easier—scheduling various inspections, calling relevant parties, picking up our new keys from the title company, etc. Once, before a freeze, he popped open his trunk and I saw it was stuffed with dozens of outdoor faucet covers. He was driving around gifting them to his first-time-home-owner clients. If that’s not service, I don’t know what is.

My husband and I were new to Austin and had zero knowledge of the local housing market. And then boom….we got introduced to Sam Lee, who was a true blessing for us to make our house purchasing process so easy. We got tons of relators in the housing market but per our personal experience, Sam stands out amongst all because of a couple of reasons: 1) Particular attention to the client. Sam might have hundreds of clients but that doesn’t deter him to dilute the attention time he gives to each client. He ensured he understands our choices and preferences. His response time on queries was phenomenal. Felt like we have a close friend who is helping us in this process with quality time; 2) We had some minor issues during the construction process. Sam heard us out every time and did his best to find a solution; 3) Sam has deep knowledge on Austin housing market. He will be straight to the point and will not talk any delusions. He has contacts for every work that we wanted to get done as part of the closing process.

We really liked his style of showing houses meaning, he asked what do you like and dislike about the house as we were leaving the very first house . Then on, we told him to the answer to the same above question as we were in other houses. He took them into consideration .Thus he was able to pin point the house we would be happy with.

Where do I start?! I feel like we got incredibly lucky with Sam. Sam Lee was responsive and on point from the first phone call I had with him.
