Great selection and customer service today. I tried on a particular dress and found it online on the designers site for much less. (I love Google image where you can find an item you’re searching for all over the internet) They checked online and match priced my dress without issue.
I was greeted promptly with care.

I could not be happier with my experience thus far with the Julian Gold team. Our wedding has been postponed due to COVID-19. In lieu of our planned ceremony with friends and family in July out of state, we will be meeting with immediate family only. The new date will be pushed out at least a year, if not more. My original wedding dress has also been delayed and will not be ready in time for our original July date therefore I met with Melinda at Julian Gold for a plan B. She was kind, patient and super flexible with making a time and date work for a fitting (as we were traveling in from Houston). And most importantly, Melinda was extremely understanding of the sensitivity around the situation, as this is not ideal but we're making the best out of it. Team members brought shoes to assist the overall look and the team that checked us out could not have been nicer. Making decisions around the wedding has been extremely difficult, frustrating and at times overwhelmingly disappointing due to the continuous changes mandated by other states (immediate family lives out of state as well). Melinda and her team took amazing care of us and helped ensure we were able to see how special this process is, even if reinvented. I look forward to continuing the fitting process and finding the perfect shoes in the coming weeks. Many thanks to the Julian Gold team!

Debbie did a phenomenal job helping me pick out pieces. This was my first time buying high end clothes and shoes. There was a variety of options - a selection for all ages!

Definitely a top notch clothing store. We got a very nice dress for my girlfriend for a special event and she was very pleased with both the service and the selection. If you want great service and quality this is definitely the place to go.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Jacqueline sold me a pair of shoes that stretched so much they fell off my feet. I was traveling for 4 months but I texted her and told her and ask if they would repair or return them and then mail them to me. She said they would. Today I was in the vicinity of Austin, so I preset an apt with her to bring them in. After I spent 4 hours driving there and back home, she “ asked her manager what they could do about the shoes” and their blonde snooty manager said it’s been over 30 days too bad. Go to Austin shoe hospital. I’ve probably spent $100,000 in tootsies over the years. First time shopping at Julian Gold. AND MY LAST TIME

I went in there after shopping at Trader Joe’s on my way to having a massage today, May 16 at 1:30 in the afternoon. I wasn’t “ dressed up”. I was in there the first time in my life checking it out. Not one single person asked me if they could help me or even greeted me. At those prices that’s bad business. Some employees were standing around chatting with each other.
