Chase Bank

I'm a big fan of Chase Bank but the employees make this one better! They always call me by name, have a short wait time even when busy, and very helpful and informative with any issues that I have.

Mark has been very helpful with a couple inquiries of mine in the past. I appreciate his help an the friendly staff at the Barboursville branch bank.

I go to chase for banking service. I have an account, they take of it. They have friendly service. They give you statements when you need them. They help me keep track of my account. They offer debit,or credit cards as a service. You can apply for a loan. They always want to help you with your questions. Thank you,. Danny Lee James

They're always friendly at this branch. You can get a replacement debit card in just a few minutes. Very neat!

Can't exactly speak for actual banking center service, this is just for the atm. For the love of God upgrade the thing! Chase you are the #1 bank in America and you can't bring the ATM out of the stone age? Took 7 mins to make a deposit with cash because it was so slow and the cash taker is as picky as I don't know what.

Bank hours listed was wrong! After driving 60 miles branch was closed! Sat 7/29/23 I was there 11:40 Am and before I left to go there I called the branch and was not even able to talk to live person! Very bad service, and this isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed!

Awful Customer service. They made my grandmother an online account so she could view her banking info and not only put the wrong phone # but also address. The chase customer representatives wouldn’t help us either bc they had the wrong address put into her account so we couldn’t verify. They were also super rude when we were there asking questions. You could tell they didn’t want to deal with anything, even though it’s their job!

Horrendous service. The manager got real snippy with me for literally no reason. They dont ask for id unless they "dont know you" which is profiling. They send cards to the wrong addresses and cant do the simplest of things. Great bank t9 waste your time at!

Terrible place wouldn’t cash my check because my drivers license was expired by 10 days it’s Covid right now I don’t even have an appointment to get one for another three weeks

It would be nice if the ATM worked…
