Was my saving grace, being able to have my screen replaced within the same day for a very reasonable price was amazing! Might not be able to be same day for every repair, but I lucked out that my part was in stock. This guy is professional and polite, highly recommend using this place for your device repair needs!

He has helped my grandparents out a lot and he does wonders and he does a great job keep up the good work because after high school I wanna work with electronics and computers and stuff!

Black man there giving amazing service. Dude a Genius. Anytime I've needed a phone fixed he's fixed it. Fixed my PS4 also! Dude swapped storage units from laptop and put it in my game system that was running slow. Worked even better than before !!!

Willing to go beyond customer service support to make sure you are comfortable with the products and repair. Bought a OTT TV Box that was not working properly and they returned it without any issues, making sure the new one was "take home" ready by setting it up before I left the store. I had a iPhone 12 Pro Max, my phone needed a update and I updated it. Once the update was complete the phone would not power on, just the Apple logo would show up. I took the phone to Apple first that was a whole day at Apple iykyk…🙄 they tried to fix it said it was going to be 600$ to take it apart and have a technician look at it. So I ended up here with electronics r us. I took my phone in long story short Terrance had my phone fixed. Great quality work, and thanks for not charging me an outrageous price also, thanks for the phone case. I would recommend this business in the future!

I had a ps4 with a faulty HDMI port and Terrance fixed it within 4 hours of me dropping it off! Not only that the price was affordable and the customer service is top notch for sure! I will definitely be coming back if any of my electronics break again no doubt! Terrance saved me from gaming on my crusty laptop from 2008 lol. Thanks again bro!

The owner is a really cool guy. He was quick on fixing my phone and charged a reasonable price. When I noticed cash only due to the machine being down he trusted me to leave with my phone and returned with the money later. I really appreciated that because I use my phone for business will definitely recommend his services to anyone. A young entrepreneur is what moves me more to give him my business.

Great customer service!!! Terrance is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great affordable prices. Very satisfied with the work done on my iPhone. Anything you need he can do it for you from cel phone/computer repairs, to buying products cellphones and accessories, etc.

Pretty cool dude who, I sent my nephew to get his pone fixed, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It works better than when he first brought it!! My nephew said man that place made my phone work way better than before and it was cheap.

Being ex employee i got the in scoop on everything. they give you great work hours and work around your school schedule. we got paid every week. it was great team the managers and technicians were always nice and bought us food on Friday and Saturday even took us bowling. we got employee discounts and was not penalize for missing work as long as we called first. If my school schedule was not so busy i would of stayed i cant wait next semester start back working again at electronics r us

Just went here after going to a different place who said my phone was fried. These guys listened to my issue, fixed the problem, and explained everything all for a cheaper price. Was scared I was going to have to buy a new phone s thank y’all!

Great customer service, these guys not only fixed 2 iphones for me but for $80 bucks the price of one for these other so called cell phone repair guys, it was done in about 25 mins, and he explained everything to me. I will be coming back and referring my friends.
