I haven’t left a review since I started taking my boat to Wayne. But I can honestly say he has the knowledge and experience. I haven’t had a single problem with any of the repairs he has done on my boat. He is honest and will let you know the best way to go when you have to come to a decision. He will take his time to explain to you and also walk you through it as well. I highly recommend anybody who needs a boat mechanic. He will always have my business as long as I have my boat or other boats in the future. Thanks Wayne for all you do!!!!!

Wayne is a very good marine mechanic. They work on just about any marine engines. They don't care if it's Yamaha or Mercury, or any other outboard... they work on it. Their turnaround times are pretty good, and their prices are way better than any other marine dealer in the area. There's some major city construction going near them, so make sure you call for the best directions. It will save you a ton of frustration. I highly recommend these guys.

This mechanic shop is the best I have ever had the privilege to work with. My boat had a blown engine and Wayne was very informative and give me adequate information in regard to my engine. Wayne was awesome. Called us on the 4th of July and said our boat was ready. Crazy he only had it 2 days. We called our kids and they brought friends and we've been at Canyon Lake tubing and sight seeing for 5 hours! It's running great! Thanks Wayne, we had No idea we could have it back so soon to enjoy the holiday. Thank you!

The Boat Shop was able to get me in and out in less than 24 hours! I had a blown compressor and a few other things on my Mercury Motor. Wayne was able to diagnose, completely fix the problem, and have my boat ready to be back on the water the day after I dropped it off! This is my second great experience with The Boat Shop and I will surely be using them for all future work. FIVE STARS for The Boat Shop!

This is a square shop. My little motor went in for tune up and carb rebuild. It ran well for a little while then was cutting out. I remembered Wayne said to bring it back if I had any problem. I took it back and Wayne took some time and pains to figure out the issue. He found it fixed the issue and did not charge although he could have. He called after hours to let me know it was ready. Great job!

This shop fixed my issue and was very informative. Wayne kept me up to date on what was going on. The turn around was less than a week. I left a very happy customer. My boat runs great now. Thanks Wayne, you're the man. If any of you out there has boating issues, I would highly recommend this shop.

I had to wait two long weeks to get my boat serviced, they are busy. Seemed like forever, but some things are worth the wait. I had a starter bolt break off in the engine and I was not going to tackle it since the engine had to be removed. Boat was ready in about a week and the cost was in right in line. I could have easily been overcharged more but felt it was a fair price. I could have taken my boat somewhere else but I trust this boat shop. Wayne and his guys do great work. Time for the water one more time before spring.

Great place. Very informative! Took my 02 Salty Merc 150 in for a water pump and lower oil change. Found out my lower motor mounts were shredded. Price for parts labor and turnaround was highly impressive! They also have fiberglass and upholstery services available! My NEW goto for all boat needs!

Good, trustworthy people. Wayne goes the extra mile, Debbie at the front desk is a hoot, and prices are reasonable. I trust this shop for any work my boat needs.

Let me start by saying this. I do not write reviews ever, but this is an exception. I have been building a boat for the past 3 years. And last part came down to the motor which was a 1970 Mercury 650. Most boat shops wont touch motors this old. I'm no mechanic but I got the thing running after hours and hours of work, but it was running a bit rough. I took it in to the boat shop and the gentleman there went out of his way and made this motor go from a angry tiger growling at its cage master to a nice purr. The work here is great and I highly recommend it. The price is even better, I was expecting the pay over 300 bucks I came down to 75 with military discount. IF I ever have a boat motor issue I will definitely take it back here.

Great first experience with the Boat Shot. One week turnaround, unbelievable!
Wayne called with assessment and estimate on repairs. You should always choose new parts, not worth it to try used parts.
Fished this morning, engine started on first try. Excellent power, smooth idle; then engine died out. But, my bad; I did not snap in fuel line all the way. No problem after my error.
