Excellent front office and an overall well executed, personable experience. Our need was urgent so to have such a great first time experience while in distress with a tooth - wow! Great many thanks everyone!

I got my deep cleaning and fillings done today from them. They’re so good, they help make the a good treatment plan with you, listen to your concerns and are very calming. They make your treatment very comfortable and pain free I’ll be getting all my 4 wisdom extracted from them in 2 weeks and regular cleanings. Dr Karan keeps you distracted during treatment, Sabrina the office manger is very comfortable, Ryan helps you understand the treatment plan and Lindsey is a great hygienist and professional with her work. Thanks all!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I typically go to White Rock Dental but was referred to Prime Dental Garland for a root canal. I am someone who absolutely hates pain and any sort of dental work causes me severe anxiety. The Prime Dental team made me feel super calm and relaxed. They truly are just kind and caring people. Sabrina (office manager, I believe) went above and beyond to make me feel calm and taken care of when I was visibly nervous and anxious. I had a wonderful experience there.

My experience at Prime Dental Garland has been absolutely wonderful! Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate Dr. Karan, Lindsey, Sabrina, and Rose! Definitely the most cared for I’ve ever felt in a dental office.

The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment.  Dr. Karan and  his Dental Asst were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Dr. Karan is so thorough and informative in his dentistry skills and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Lindsay is great! She's thorough and personable. I usually have anxiety coming to the dentist and she's helped significantly reduce that anxiety. Thanks for helping me keep my teeth healthy!

Dr. Hilton, Lauren, Lindsay were so amazing and made the visit even more enjoyable. Tiara at the front desk is a new face to the practice and is much more knowledgeable and friendly than my prior experiences. Having someone experienced and friendly at the begining and end of your visit makes it for a more pleasant and smooth visit. I actually look forward to my next appointment.

Love my hygienist, Lindsey! She’s personable, professional, and efficient. Great asset to this office. Dr. Karen was also very pleasant.

I have been very happy with all the Dentists involved. They are very personable and have been very attentive. Perla who I believe is an assistant has been delightful every time she has sat me down to meet them and while attending to me. I always look forward to seeing her. Professionalism is appreciated but it never hurts if they’re nice to look at and have a sweet personality too…good job, Y’all!!!

This was my second visit and it was just as good as the last. Staff has excellent customer service and makes you feel very comfortable with the whole process. I really appreciate them breaking down the costs of everything before anything is performed. Lindsay and Dr. Le remembered me and were so patient and kind with me.

First time going to this dentist and I’ll never go anywhere else again. Super efficient and friendly. Lauren and Lindsay are fantastic. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist before and didn’t think it was possible to enjoy it but they made me change my mind today!

Prime Dental Garland is the best!! Everyone is helpful and so friendly. They treat you like family. Very fair prices and the Dentists are so professional and talented probably finished at the top of their class. I love this place!

Love love love the staff here! Sonya, Michael, & Dr. Stein are the nicest people you will encounter! They make sure you’re as comfortable as possible because they understand going to the dentist is intimidating and scary. They are so accommodating and fun to be around. I highly recommend this place, I recommended it to my sister and boyfriend and they love this place too! Also, if you don’t have insurance they will always work with you on the pricing. Like I said, accommodating. Their prices are unbeatable. Give them a try and you won’t regret it.

Fabulous and Knowledgeable!! If they had 10 stars they would have it. My first time here and they treated me like I had been coming for years. From receptionist to hygienist to dentist, everyone was super sweet and honest about what I did need and didn't need. I wouldn't suggest you be a procrastinator but they were able to see me same day and I called only 2 hours before. I have found a new dental home for my family! Location is also a plus because it's close to home. I can't wait to go back. Customer service sucks in so many places nowadays Thank goodness they got it right! 😁
