Broadway Office Park

I am very pleased with the professional service rendered during my time of lease @ Broadway Office Park. The Manager Brittany is such an exceptional person, she made my time at the business park such a pleasure and a great experience as a small business owner. She ALWAYS went beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was comfortable with my office space and willing to extend a helping hand with any questions or needs. If I ever need an office space again Broadway Park will ALWAYS be my first choice!

I have really enjoyed leasing from Broadway Office Park. Its a quiet area, with clean buildings and parking lots, and minimal foot traffic although we are close to a busy intersection.

Any time I have a repair I need made or have questions about something, Brittany and Brad are very responsive and timely in remedying the issue. I have expanded my offices twice while in this building and they have been more than accommodating.

My only issue is having church in the same building, which makes counseling at certain times difficult. Otherwise my experience has been great!

I have been leasing office suite for over 2 years now and I love my office suite. Staff is wonderful and very responsive to your needs and requests. Brittany is a great manager over the property. She goes above and beyond to assist you.

As a previously tenant who spent years onsite, the staff at Broadway Office Park provided my business with best in class care! I appreciate their commitment to tenants and their ability of fostering an I can assist you with that attitude. It matters when respect for business is provided at all times!

Great Nail place here but way way to high and my nails did not even stay on 2 weeks

I leased this space for a year and moved out on 4/30/19 when my lease expired. It turned out I was not approved for a certificate of occupancy for the space Brittany leased to me when I was trying to expand my business there a few months ago and rent an additional space down the hall. I turned in my keys and left my space in impeccable condition. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me two weeks later. Brittany is the manager and she was suppose to have inspected it by now and first told me Brad, repair manager, would have to look at it today and now I am being told I have to wait until Wednesday. This seems strange that they have not even looked at my space nor sent my deposit back to me after 2 weeks.
Two months ago, myself and other tenants of our building were locked out of the building due to a magnetic door malfunction over the weekend and she did nothing to remedy it until Monday after 10am. I had clients I could not teach and I had harps I had to have clients deliver to my home because there was no sense of urgency in getting the door opened so we could conduct business over the weekend.
It is a quiet, office location and I wish these things would be remedied and I wish I could leave a better review. I hope to get my deposit returned soon. I will keep you posted.
When I asked Brittany to provide her supervisor's contact information for the door situation and now this situation, she said she could not disclose it and I could send a message to him through her. She is not disclosing information that should be accessible to tenants.
Also before planning to move out make sure you read the lease terms about giving written notice. She tried to penalize me but she had not sent me a renewal email so I was not required to pay the rent +50% she was trying to say I would owe for an additional month. I would be weary of leasing here folks or at least know this could happen to you as well. I hope I can speak to the manager soon too. This is unacceptable
