I wish I could give you guys zero star. Bad and rude service. I called and asked information about my plane tickets for next summer which means I wanted to book tickets. That was the reason I called. But the representative was unable to help and instead, being rude to me.
And, please! When a customer speaks Vietnamese to you, speak Vietnamese back. Do not speak half English and half Vietnamese. I wanted my parents understand what we say. If I wanted to speak English, I wouldn't have spoken Vietnamese in the first place.
Peace! Many thanks to the person who pissed me off with her unprofessional service.
I hope the manager can read this complain, ask Ms.Ngoc and reply me asap.
